so there is discrepancy in rates , on zomato says 150dhm per person for dinner buffet, but the actual price is 245dhm.

service average

food below average:
1:salad variety is excellent 8/10
2-main course: rice was cold , most of time ran out of
food takes ages to refill, quality & quantity poor 5/10
3-dessert: tasteless , um ali was actually porridge alike rather than um ali , the rest of the dessert either too sweet or too dull 4/10

for 245dhm you can have an amazing buffet somewhere else, not worth the money!

wouldn't visit again .

go sushi promotion that is currently running daily from 7.00 – 11.00 pm, offering guests a wide selection of signature rolls for aed 99 net/person and 199aed with wine at ingredients, anantara eastern mangroves abu dhabi hotel. the ambiance is really nice and the staff is very welcoming and accommodating. i love the interior of the restaurant, very spacious , its a family friendly restaurant and perfect for having a good dinner with friends.

we enjoyed eating at ingredients thoroughly. it was a part of our visit to eastern mangroves anantara. the buffet breakfast was full of options ranging from fruits and cereals to asian veg options like parantha and curry and rice with vegetables and arabic options like manakish etc. they have multiple options for coffee and grind their own coffee. the staff is professional and very helpful. i would highly recommend the place.

it's ok. nothing really special. there's not much options. and the dishes are really so normal. i was expecting a little bit extra when it comes to how they have prepared everything. i was not at all satisfied, it was like i was having a buffet in a 3* hotel.

we went to celebrate our 5th anniversary here and it was a perfect choice ! what an amazing location, beautiful place , awesome food and perfect ambience ! this place looks heavenly at night ! would surely come back !

perfect buffet. from the variety of appetizers to the variations in the cuisines served and ends with the delicious desserts, this place has the best buffet in town. not only the food caught me but also the view of the mangroves the moment you step outside the restaurant is beautiful. so well done ingredients keep the yummy food coming.

had been to ingredients for their friday brunch. the cocktails are a good mix of being strong and fun at the same time. the brunch spread is pretty impressive, with wide selection of pizzas (my favourite), seafood grill, thai, sushi (another favourite) and more. though i feel they should up their game in their variety aspect of it, but it is well compensated with their dessert— chocolate pie, mousse, macaroons, arabic sweets, umm ali, chocolate, ice cream, crepes, waffles!

we went for a brunch few weeks back and it was great! food buffet was big with a lot of varieties to choose from including ouzi which i like, a great selection of cheeses, fresh seafood and of-course oysters. service was a bit slow but all in all the atmosphere and food and beverages were nice!

we were staying at the hotel so decided to try the in-house breakfast and boy were we disappointed. everything on the breakfast menu was average, there wasn't a single item on the entire buffet menu which stood out.
if you are staying at the hotel, i would highly recommend ordering breakfast from another place, since this restaurant's breakfast wouldn't be a good start to the day.

best place ever .please give our thanks to all the staff for the wonderful dinner buffet ,caring for my fiancé birthday.coming from beirut to celebrate his birth they were so helpful thank u again. we had an amazing time. the place was so beautiful beside the pool,the food absolutely spectacular .our waitress was just wonderful. looking forward to staying with you in the future. what a great place! thank u again and again ❤️

their buffet spread is extremely luring and their presentation itself gets your appetite buzzing. totally loved it and surely coming back again!!!

amazing location. very relaxing for friday brunch. outdoor seating is highly recommended. food is great, especially grills and desserts. looking forward to visit the restaurant once again; probably on a thursday for grill night. 👍

as you walk towards the restaurant mint aroma captivates you kinda preparing you for the brunch.once you enter polite and helpful staff/host not only walks you to your reserved table but also gives you a tour of what is there on for you. you will find wide choice almost covering cuisines from all parts of asia. its very difficult to say which one is more tastier than other but under one roof you find all the major asian cuisines competing with one and other. good view , cool breeze from the mangrooves a must try especially with family for a relaxed eat out. the music will compliment the eating experience with a dynamic dj🖒
