it’s my first time here and i’m impressed with everything! the food is really good. especially the tengjiao chicken and their noodle. the place is quite different from other chinese restaurant that i’ve been before. it’s cozy and the whole place is just relaxing 😌 the staff is friendly with good service. amazing restaurant will defo come back!

nice contemporary fit out makes it a very pleasant place to eat it, quite different from anything else nearby. really friendly good service. i tried it when it opened and it was all a bit plain, but went back last night as they now have pictures of the food on the window and advertising they have added more vegetables, and reader... it was delicious. $14.90 for a bowl of twice-cooked pork with fresh noodles and veges. the broth was packed full of flavour and overall it felt fresh and healthy while ticking all those soul-nourishing boxes. definitely worth a visit.

new place on dominion with a fresh menu. loved everything we ate.. surprised some of the dishes were served cold but they were really yum! will def be back. enjoyed the side dishes as well. yummy popsicle flavours and their sodas are delicious

went there for lunch today with bf and was amazed by this new restaurant!!. modern decor and very clean. the menu is very cute with a hand drawn comic on the back explaining the origin of the noodles. the noodle broth is full of umami. i got the pork hock noodles and bf got double cooked pork noodles. we also ordered mung bean belly which is perfect for a hot summer day! the 2 dollar side dishes are of big portions as well! very good restaurant and will definitely come back to try the other noodles on their menu!

came here for dinner and had the soup and chicken to share. portions on the average side, and the chicken a but dry. still, tasty flavours. will be back

the broth of the signature noodle soup was incredible, as was the texture of the noodles. loved it!

this chinese restaurant will definitely give a wow factor. minimalist interior design with good quality of food. we ordered two noodles, they are full of flavors with good balance of all sort of veges. you can defiantly tell the owner is running the business with full of heart. will defiantly come back to try more!

the type of noodle they use is authentic from huaiyang cuisine and that's the only place in nz that i know has this type of noodle. the meat and veges are stir fried to give better taste. also the environment is great. definitely recommend!

friend recommended this restaurant to me and i don’t usually give restaurants reviews. but this one is a exception. man!! i have to say something!! waiting for a restaurant like this to be opened in auckland for so long and finally here it is. as long as you opened the door, you can hear a lot of shanghainese are talking and laughing, as a typical shanghai boy, i know this is the right place straight away. had the za jiang mian and it was amazing, it reminds me of my departed grandparents. the flavor is so nice and authentic, 100% from jiangsu, zhejiang and shanghai region not like northern chinese cuisine has a very strong flavor, it just perfectly suit to my taste. full score!!! highly recommend to those people who is from yangtze river delta. must try!!!!!

been here twice and tried both stir fried and soup based noodles. their noodles are excellent- handmade and bouncy. their side dishes are also great for sharing， definitely try out the peanuts if you like it flavorful crunchy and spicy !

the unique aspect of this restaurant is their story behind the restaurant and also the relaxing atmosphere.

will definitely be back for more :)

love this place. first time here and had a great experience to say the least from the moment we walked in. the staff were lovely, food came out very quick, food was delicious and fresh! will come again! highly recommended 💯🍜

great food and lovely environment. reasonable prices and excellent service. you can even have a free top up of noodles for each noodle dish ordered. would recommend!
