i went for the dango soymilk 🍡 & rice coco 🥥 and they were soooo good! they are actuallyprettyfoamy but because i had to takeaway, by the time i got home the foam was gone 😞 but omg my favorite was the dango soymilk (and i am normally super picky with soy milk) - the dango was chewy and perfect when dipped into the slightly sweetened & nutty milk 🥛 legit so in love 💓💓 the rice coco was also very creamy, and even though i’m not a coconut fan, i must say this one wasprettyyummy 😋 i went when they just introduced these new winter drinks so got 30% off - such a good deal ✨ the staff was super accommodating and explained everything to me nicely. i mean i’ve always loved their purple rice yogurt drinks and have been a regular for that but after this experience i’m even more in love with them 😊

the yogurt brown rice drink isprettymuch exactly as described. it is really heavy given the dairy and the rice so it’s not suitable for a dessert but maybe as a snack you eat when you’ve been super busy and can’t afford to stop working to eat

purple rice yoghurt drink (the most popular one), costed $7.80 as the cheapest on the menu (still pricey for bubble drink standards) and the cup wasprettysmall. no other sizing options (one small cup size). taste of the yoghurt was interesting, but very watery. couldn’t get used to the hardened rice at the bottom of the drink. really didn’t rate it.

honestly this place isprettyoverrated. although the drinks taste good, the texture of my purple rice yogurt was too runny. would have preferred it to be thicker and have more purple rice

cute little new stall, had to give it a try-got their signature purple rice yogurt, but they had a bit of a wait which wasn’t the great as we were in a bit of a hurry. other than that, price for the serving size was eh, but cool concept i wanted to try. wasprettytasty i have to admit though, loved the texture of the rice it was perfect, and the yogurt was a perfect taste, not sickly sweet or terribly sour! slightly milky and tangy ever so slightly. would definitely have again, quite a enjoyed it and was very refreshing. 4/5/20

23/5/21 still delicious and tasty as ever, been three times now and have thoroughly enjoyed each time. quality and taste have stayed consistent so deserves a perfect rating.

a new yogurt store that recently opened on queen street.

service: 5/10
it can take quite a long time for them to make the drinks but at least you know it’s freshly made.
the line was super long at the launch but now it’s calmed down.
the people are very nice and are happy to explain the drinks in detail to you.

food: 8/10
it may be very overpriced but when you buy it when there’s a discount, it’sprettyworth it.
it’s very creamy and the fruit ones are my favourite because there’s so much fruit in it.
it isn’t too overly sweet so it’s perfect for people who aren’t a sweet tooth.

ambiance: 7/10
it’s a very cute and vibrant stall among a bunch of other small shops. there is no seating but there are benches on the side.
it’s super clean and the menu is bold and clear for quick ordering.

i would come back but only when there are discounts so i get my money’s worth.

i went here twice within the same week so this is an average rating of both experiences.

i went during their opening week, when they had their 1+1 deal, the line was very long as expected, and we were told the wait for our drinks would be 30 minutes. the wait was definitely not 30 minutes. it was exactly 55 minutes. the male staff member who was giving drinks out was very rude – we asked him what number they were up to as we had been waiting for about 40 minutes at this point and in response he asked us our number. when we told him, he rolled his eyes and walked off.
the original drinks we wanted to order were not available so we went for the original purple rice yogurt drinks.
on the bright side the drink wasprettydelicious. which is where they get 2 stars tbh.

second time going – the 1+1 sale had finished, so the line was significantly shorter, and the wait was about 10 minutes. the lady taking our orders (same as last time) was very friendly and patient while we ordered. half of the menu was not available – some said sold out some said not available.

hopefully they sort out the menu situation and its not limited to 2-3 available drinks. but this experience i would give a 4 star.

i do love the yogurt drinks but their consistency is weird. sometimes the yogurt will beprettythick and sometimes it’s watery. sometimes i run out of riceprettyquickly and sometimes i have heaps left at the end. most of the time it’sprettygood though.

i usually just get the classic purple rice yogurt drink since it’s simple and good. a little pricy for what it is but worth it. have been meaning to try some of their other drinks for a while but its hard to bring myself to pay more than $10 for one drink.

staff is usuallyprettyfriendly, wait time isn’t too bad but could be faster. one thing is that they don’t seem to prepare drinks in any kind of order. a few times i see people that ordered after me getting their drinks before me when we ordered the same thing, and not even like one or two people after but once people 10 numbers after me got theirs first. i thought they had forgotten my order for a while.

𝐏𝐮𝐫𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐑𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐘𝐨𝐠𝐡𝐮𝐫𝐭($7.8) : i have sky high expectation for these as i loveee purple rice. the yoghurt have a very watery consistency and is quite sour (i got the standard one & staff didn’t ask if i want any sugar/ice adjustment). i can taste the ice crystals (not super fine) blended with the yoghurt. the purple rice is cooked very nicely and is v chewy! (need to use a spoon to scope out the left over purple rice caz i finished yoghurt first) prefer this over bubble tea as it’s quite refreshing and slightly guilt free!⁣ overallprettygood but i wasn’t fascinated.

𝐁𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐲 𝐦𝐞𝐞𝐭 𝐏𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐞 ($12.8): the pineapple is so good!! such a good combination, better than what i expected! ⁣however, there’s no doubt that it’s overpriced

one other thing to mention: their matte cup seal seem to be very tough (pretty good quality) than those original ones, no more accidents when inserting straws yay⁣

update:tried out the date one today with less ice, sweeter than original, rich in date aroma, my fav one so far! would be better if they remove the seed before blending it in.
