this yogurt parlor is having nice and tasty drink but the things i dont like is only their pricing in every platform is different. so expensive at ubereats and also different in zomato & also when you directly come to the shop..

yup there’s a new drink in town that has the same craze like bubble tea, meet hey i am yogost! well i may be late in this one but like they said better late than never. hey i am yogost may look like it’s a bubble tea but it is not, since its main product is not made with milk tea and does not contain boba, instead it is a frozen yoghurt drink with whole grain antioxidant purple rice and natural fruit pieces. they claim that this drink gives a healthier option as the ingredients used are rich in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. it is said that a cup of yogost boosts immune system, promotes gut health, and supports weight loss, basically a superfood in a cup.

my favourite place!!!! so fresh and the flavours are amazing. absolutely love the yogurt flavour.

i've wanted to try this since they popped a store into st lukes westfield. i chose the brown pearl yoghurt. the girl was nice and it was made quickly. the only thing is i wish it had a little more of the brown sugar stuff for the amount of yoghurt just to balance it out. but it's still super yummy

i have been going to yogost and enjoy a purple rice yogourt.
i witnessed multiple times, the female staff who served me touched the inside of the cup. i had to mention it to a girl there once and told her not to do so nicely - i waited for the moment none is around. but she did not take it well and never apologised. i went to yogost queen street shop and saw your staff still doing so. i did not want to care much up until today. the girl who served us 2:03 pm today, 5 feb 2021 at the queen street shop, she wore a mask and touched her tablet with her fingers entering something. when i ordered, she put her fingers inside the cup to take cups from the pile and gave them to another staff inside. i did not want to make a scene in front of many people there. i realised that this business does not have a good practice. considering covid-19 is coming back, and we talk about social distancing, i can not take it any more.

if the owner is reading this, please do change your entire process.

those who are reading this review, when you go there and order your favourites see what the staff is doing - i think you will know that they do touch inside of the cup with their filthy fingers.

even if you installed your cctv, you may not capture how your front staff handles the cups. or perhaps from now on you should install your cctv from the angle to capture how the front staff handles the cups.

although i respect you trust your staff, she may not even know she had been doing it. it is because your staff were never trained about it and have been doing it for so long without realising!

since this review affects your business negatively, to be fair with you, i will ask my friends to visit your shop this & next week to see whether this practice is changed.

if it is changed i will change my review or even remove including my google review. i promise it!

perhaps you should test your front staff with people you hire to try drinks at your shop to see how it is being handled.

i have no intention to damage your business but knew i had no other ways to stop it.

i love your product but i can not possibly buy it from your store any more due to this practice so please you must train your young staff right now to make sure it will never happen again. put the procedure and cautionary action in place. so i can go back and keep enjoying my drinks there!

therefore please do not try to find ways to conceal it or intimidate me.

i trust other people who read this review will watch how your staff touch the cups too.

the one star is only for the yoghurt drink as it is the only good thing from this store :)
as you can see from the order page, "purple rice topping" is clearly stated that it is included in the drink. so as a normal person, you would assume that this drink includes purple rice. however, this is not the case, the purple rice costs an extra $1 which is perfectly fine, but it is not stated there. when my drink came without the purple rice, i walked from a far distance in the hope of an addition to the original drink i purchased, i did not even request a new drink as their menu promised purple rice.
if you weren't going to make your menu clear, at least have clear communication to advise customers on how you are selling your products. no one informed me of anything that's why i assumed there would be purple rice in there as it was stated. on top of that, i received a terrible response with a dismissive attitude. there was no attempt to clarifying the issue that i presented and i felt brushed off. as a consumer who is paying $12.80 for a 400ml drink, the least i could expect is an apology.

my expectation for this place was quite low due to negative reviews i have heard. but it wasn’t all that bad. it’s nice to have something a little different amongst the beverages sold in auckland. i enjoyed my drink but i definitely don’t love it enough to go all the time. i personally think they charge too much. but nonetheless, i would recommend trying it out.

purple rice yogurt is pretty good, service nice friendly, but waiting lane always long. pretty good choice when you feel hungry, it's like a bowl of porridge lol

i've recently been loving purple rice yoghurt and its such a shame so little places offer them on their permanent menu. hey i am yogost is based on queen street, opposite civic centre and they do delicious yoghurt based drinks!

i went for the dango soymilk 🍡 & rice coco 🥥 and they were soooo good! they are actually pretty foamy but because i had to takeaway, by the time i got home the foam was gone 😞 but omg my favorite was the dango soymilk (and i am normally super picky with soy milk) - the dango was chewy and perfect when dipped into the slightly sweetened & nutty milk 🥛 legit so in love 💓💓 the rice coco was also very creamy, and even though i’m not a coconut fan, i must say this one was pretty yummy 😋 i went when they just introduced these new winter drinks so got 30% off - such a good deal ✨ the staff was super accommodating and explained everything to me nicely. i mean i’ve always loved their purple rice yogurt drinks and have been a regular for that but after this experience i’m even more in love with them 😊

the yogurt brown rice drink is pretty much exactly as described. it is really heavy given the dairy and the rice so it’s not suitable for a dessert but maybe as a snack you eat when you’ve been super busy and can’t afford to stop working to eat

i’m someone who doesn’t really like yogurt but i loved this drink! it’s not too sweet and has an icy texture that makes it feel like you’re drinking a smoothie and not yogurt. the added purple rice gives a chewy texture and goes so well with the drink

purple rice yoghurt drink (the most popular one), costed $7.80 as the cheapest on the menu (still pricey for bubble drink standards) and the cup was pretty small. no other sizing options (one small cup size). taste of the yoghurt was interesting, but very watery. couldn’t get used to the hardened rice at the bottom of the drink. really didn’t rate it.
