i have been going to yogost and enjoy a purple rice yogourt.
i witnessed multiple times, the female staff who served me touched the inside of the cup. i had to mention it to a girl there once and told her not to do so nicely - i waited for the moment none is around. but she did not take it well and never apologised. i went to yogost queen street shop and saw your staff still doing so. i did not want to care much up until today. the girl who served us 2:03 pm today, 5 feb 2021 at the queen street shop, she wore a mask and touched her tablet with her fingers entering something. when i ordered, she put her fingers inside the cup to take cups from the pile and gave them to another staff inside. i did not want to make a scene in front of many people there. i realised that this business does not have a good practice. considering covid-19 is coming back, and we talk about social distancing, i can not take it any more.
if the owner is reading this, please do change your entire process.
those who are reading this review, when you go there and order your favourites see what the staff is doing - i think you will know that they do touch inside of the cup with their filthy fingers.

even if you installed your cctv, you may not capture how your front staff handles the cups. or perhaps from now on you should install your cctv from the angle to capture how the front staff handles the cups.
although i respect you trust your staff, she may not even know she had been doing it. it is because your staff were never trained about it and have been doing it for so long without realising!
since this review affects your business negatively, to be fair with you, i will ask my friends to visit your shop this & next week to see whether this practice is changed.
if it is changed i will change my review or even remove including my google review. i promise it!
perhaps you should test your front staff with people you hire to try drinks at your shop to see how it is being handled.
i have no intention to damage your business but knew i had no other ways to stop it.
i love your product but i can not possibly buy it from your store any more due to this practice so please you must train your young staff right now to make sure it will never happen again. put the procedure and cautionary action in place. so i can go back and keep enjoying my drinks there!
therefore please do not try to find ways to conceal it or intimidate me.
i trust other people who read this review will watch how your staff touch the cups too.
please this is a serious matter especially under covid-19. thank you for your attention in this matter.
