stayed at the hilton and we were hungary! i thought i remembered te food being good, mistake. derfito got the fajitas, the chicken tasted like it had been cooked in chinese jar sauce, not good. my pie was not a pie but a stew with a bit of filo pastry on top. it is what it is, average pub grub. theplaceis too smokey, even though we sat in the back, it affected the meal. might come in to watch sport however nothing more

i can honestly say we had the most well-informed and professional service combined with uniquely presented and tasty food, the overall experience was first-rate.

the menu is a fine balance between asian influenced dishes and western favourites. the star dishes of the night were panko fried shrimps , hemingways prime beef burger & the most delectable oreo cheesecake. i would highly recommend to give it a go, especially if you are looking to impress a loved one or have visitors in town.

it was last 23rd nov when we decided to go for ladies night at hemingways. it will be a bit awkward to dance their but the band is awesome. if you love football , you can enjoy sitting at the bar itself.

staffs are also warm and very attentive. you can request for a little alcohol on your drinks, even nothing if you feel like so. we had nachos and it is very rich and delicious.

i came here on several times. it's great casualplaceto shoot pools and darts. they have live music here too but i prefer jazz bar for live music. there is a ladies night which is on a thursday but there was one occasion i went to the bar and asked for a drink and the server asked me for money for it. then i had to ask again if it was ladies night which then he said he forgotten. but i thought that was odd since it was well into ladies night and not the first drink he served. the food is mediocre, nothing too special. regular pub food really. i had their pasta, burger, tacos before. all were good but not extraordinary. they do have entertainer deals and their bar is open throughout the day so its a good hangout spot for afternoon to late evening. the crowd can be quite a bit older but drinks are cheaper than at jazz bar. they do have a special for ladies every day of the week.

me and my ladies really felt like chilling and getting some drinks and good food. so we decided hemingways , my friends said the food is good and its ladies night on thursday,definitely felt like a good deal. c
we reached there about 10 , the vibe was good .they were playing classic 90 songs , good memories rushed in . the ladies night drink were only gin and vodka,wished there were more options . whenever we did order drinks , it was served at least 10-15 mins late, theplacewas not jam packed for this delay. the management should find a solution to this .
now the food is the best part, we had a voucher so we went for chicken wings and jathans platter from the quick bites list. it was fresh and delicious.
in short a good venue to chill and relax.

hemingway's is myplacewhenever i would like to be by myself. the food serving is generously served. i had angus rib and it was cooked to perfection - as always. i often order this food as this one of the finest food they have.

my friends and i (4 of us) came here to watch the semi finals of euro 2016 (wales v portugal). as expected theplacewas packed as wimbledon was also on and of course it was eid!

since we came late, about halfway to the first half of the football, we couldn't get a seat anymore. this is why i will give the customer service 4/5. they managed to squeeze one table in one corner just to accommodate us. it wasn't bad at all as we still got a full view of 3 of their many televisions installed all over the bar.

we only ordered drinks which came after 10-15 mins. after the staff took our order.

it was our first time at thisplaceand we intend to go back should we visit ad again.

the decor of thisplaceis very old, however it does have a cozy pub feel. portions are huge so suggest you share! nothing above average but not terrible either.

lovely ambience ... theplacehas a cozy feeling to it .. reminds you of an old house with big french windows ... ideal if u want to chat over drinks

thisplaceis much like the jazz bar, which is right next to this. but the main, and perhaps the only, difference between these two places is the crowd. the crowd inside jazz bar, which is further down this place, is much more vibrant and energetic, while the crowd here is more mellowed down and more serene.

the live band inside jazz bar makes the crowd become more energetic, making the entire atmosphere electric, while thisplaceis more suited to nice conversations and intellectual discussions. this is also a goodplaceto just retreat, watch a match on tv and listen to good music. a very goodplaceto unwind...
