i’ve never been so offended before.
we came to hannys and we get a $200 bill,leave a $20 tipyou and server comes back really mad i mean very mad that her tio should be $50 and she wanted it corrected! i’ve never been anywhere where a swrvws tells me how much i should tip.
she’s been the worst server ever. like she gave us awful service. thisplacehas lost my business for sure. i will never ever go back and will be sure to tell my family.

theplacewould be a 5 star if the employees weren't so damn rude,  we talked to the waiter 10 minutes ago and still no food. we will no longer recommend hanny's as a greatplaceto go in phoenix.

you learn to know what to expect from hanny's. it looks cool and feels fun, but when it comes to food, drinks, and especially service, you soon realize that thisplacehas some issues.

thisplacewas nice and cultured, the staff was friendly knowledge and just seem to enjoy their jobs!

hannys, hannys, hannys aren't you glad i said hannys? i love this place, this is theplacethat makes what you call living in phoenix a dream. it's what all city's need at night. you walk in, you wait to be seated and what do you see wonderful service, people in classic white restaurant attire it's very classic. you get more of a new york or downtown la feel with the dim lights and live dj spinning above you. it has a clean and simple menu, one for drinks one for food! what you should expect is that it's very good in its portions. a personal pizza is good for two unless your greedy, then get one for yourself! awesome sandwich choices and if you still are indecisive get one of each, like a pizza and an appetizer or a sandwich or an appetizer! bring friends the more the merrier or sit at the bar either way is the cool way to go. i personally love their pizza and you have no wrong way of choosing definitely tho, try the onion strings so good! i always try to stop by for a martini too, the drinks are fantastic! overall enjoy! and keep staying hungry phoenix!

my #1placeto go in downtown phx! the vibe is stylish and sexy, feels like your in the big city :) the cocktails are perfection!! pizza is always great! plus one of the only places  you can get absinthe and they serve it right!

worst service and staff. worst service and staff on planet earth. th bartender was rude, annoying and should be on a suicide watch list. "we are busy so you get what you get! take my card if you want to talk" was the manager's response when we informed him that the bartender rejected our order of drinks. if you can't handle a sunday evening crowd, then you probably shouldn't be in business. nothing should warrant that type of bad service! stay at home or close your doors if people coming into your bar annoys you. as a paying customer, i expect some level of customer service which obviously you know nothing about otherwise you would be happy when you see a good crowd in your bar.

if bad service and annoying staff is your thing, then thisplacemight be good for you otherwise stay away. if you're like the rest of us looking for a goodplaceto catch up with friend or make new one, do yourself a favor and choose another place. mcdonalds might be a better choice.

a bar should serve drinks not attitude!!!

forget eating at the bar!. we went there two hours before a sold out concert, so they were slammed, but it got to be a joke. we sat at the bar to get faster service and immediately ordered a bruschetta and two drinks. the drinks showed up, but no bruschetta. we saw that things were piling up, so we shortly thereafter ordered a carafe of wine and a pizza. pizza took forever and the bruschetta never did come. when i was done with the drink, another appeared without me asking for it. same with a glass of wine. bartender just running up the bill. when bill came, had to get them to take the bruschetta off and all the extra drink and wine was on there as well. theplaceis disorganized around the bar, food takes too long, bartenders overwhelmed in busy times.

new life in downtown. thisplacehas a relaxing atmosphere that feels modern in a vintage way. the old department store has been turned into a spacious spot for great pizza and a good time.

great for people watching .. none too shabby pizza and wine either!. i had an opportunity to grab pizza and wine here recently with a good friend of mine. there aren't too many spots in downtown phoenix within walking distance of evening events that also stay open that late and this is definitely one of the nicer and more lively ones.

fresh and light ambience to theplaceand good set of people to chat to or just to people watch.

give the elevator shaft a try but not after you've had a really heavy pizza nor too much wine!
