this place located on the edge of knk road is a delight for dessert lovers. the place has decent parking space to start with. the ambiance is spendid. the variety of ice creams and desserts are awesome. the presentation is really top class and so is thetaste& quality. the service is great too. the pricing however is definitely on the higher side but then again you can forgive this based on all the other things that are close to perfection, the location too demands such pricing and it is not daily that you are going to indulge in such sinfully delicious looking desserts. overall a nice place to try on special occasions.

love this place as there are more dessert places coming up there should be something different and definitelytastebetter to stay top and this place definitely is by far the best dessert place and it has got all potentiality to stay top.. the ambience could have been more fancy and better it's good though everyone know the haagen dazstasteand the sorbet good too loved this place just a bit expensive as there are some other places close by..which serves same kinda desserts which is relatively cheaper.. a must visit to indulge yourself into creamie whoopie goodness

fabulous place for ice creams,  

visited d place with bunch of besties, the ambience was good and a excellent service, we ordered four varieties  belgian waffle dream , banana caramel crepe , brooklyn bridge , classic fondue, 

the classic fondue was so pleasant and vibrant the presentation was heavenly, thetastewere more appealing than the presentation. its a total package that one can ever have fruits in it were fresh and juicy, the ice-creams and cookies were out of the world. yummyyy.

brooklyn bridge was a awesome creation, it was made so delicate,  such a pity to eat away such a well presented dish :-). the chocolate and strawberry ice cream had  a wonderful flavour to it with the mango sauce and strawberries . it was punchy and one of the best dessert i have had so far.

belgian waffle dream : the ice cream with the waffle was pretty amazing, i had my tummy filled out by the fondue, just look a nib of it, there was nothing to complain. 

banana caramel crepe : it was delicious as other dishes, 

haagen-daz is a place where you get the best dessert's in chennai, only concern is the price, which is pretty high.

a day to remember, best way to get high with desserts.

a posh dessert spot, a treat to both your eyes andtastebuds! the flavors and quality of the ice creams are pretty good, but it is their great variety in 'signature dishes' that are extremely appealing. the ambiance is great and so is their service. definitely, a tad pricey for desserts.

my most favorite place for desserts. theres literally nothing that doesn'ttastegood in here. love their waffles and their crepes and their milkshakes and their fondue!

awesome place for an awesome ice cream. little costly though. but nice place to hang out, enjoy and let our tonguestastesome awesomeness..

a great place, a great taste. this is a must visit place in chennai for a amazing unbelievable variety of ice cream dessert. i would say its great experience. one caution is with greattasteand quality comes with a high price tag. we gang of 3 guys went for a late night desert and the bill little above 2.5k. so who would spend so much for desert?? but we were thoroughly satisfied.

the best haagen dazs parlour is the one at khader nawaz khan road.
the one at phoneix does nt provide exacttasteas such in here.

while there is little doubt that this brand is over-hyped, thetasteand variety of ice cream served here does not live up to the hype. i have had tastier and far more exotic flavours at cream & fudge.

if i also consider gealto places like freezilicious & gelato italiano, haagen dazs is not even in the same league. if you want good old fashioned ice creams, swensen's does it better. even packaged ice creams like london diary do a better job at making ice creams, when compared to haagen dazs.

so, yeah, this place is way over-priced, especially considering their attitude and poorly trained staff. and, yeah, their coffee is pretty average too.

since häagen dazs was started at khader nawaz khan road, i wanted to indulge in thetasteof their products, finally on 15th of april '15 entered the place. i liked everything from ambience to service and the great varieties!

there isn't anything to mentioned that isn't good enough. but the price which is too much, like häagen dazs high tea is rs.1800+ which is absolutely too much! anyway i went for belgian waffle dream, thetasteand the way it was arranged & served were perfect and wondrous.
i would definitely recommend this perfect place to my know associates who'd like to try out perfect ice cream in a proper place. in any near future i'd love to re visit to indulge in their greattasteof wonderful food stuff.
according to my knowledge and experience häagen dazs is the "ambrosia" of ice creams!

1 the chocolate fudge is really chocolaty
2 they serve good coffee ...
3 they really serve eye catchy, mouth watering ice cream varieties
4 the way in which they blend real fruits with a wide range of ice creams is remarkable !! very berry was a divine example to prove this .. thetasteof strawberries, scoops of ice cream and syrup will leave u mesmerised.
however, remember that the outlet is pricy and will blindly make u spend at least 1000 bucks !!
