i chose for almond toppings and they put cashews instead. this is not acceptable at all! i am allergic to cashew nuts. and even otherwise, a restaurant does not get to decide what they want to give a customer after charging extra from the customer. didn’t expect such poor etiquette from haagen dazs.

i ordered a cake for my son's second birthday from haagendazs. the cake looked extremely impressive on their menu and thinking that it would be as good in reality, i placed the order. the cake which was delivered to me was nowhere near the same quality in terms of appearance. it looked amateurish and was certainly not worth the money i paid (₹2300 for a 990 gm cake). once i complained they did replace it with a better looking cake but it still cannot compare to the cakes they claim to be selling. having said this, the cake tasted good, but looked very unimpressive and it was quite embarrassing to serve it to our guests. will never order a cake from haagen dazs again. overpriced and poor quality.

this is my favorite dessert joint!! the classic fondue with their most delicate macaroons!! the little brownies and most elegant crepe rolls!! wow!! they are all so damn delicious!!

cream and cookie icecream is out of the world!! yum!

i love waffles!! their waffles with maple syrup looks simple but tastes so good!!

finally sorbet!! raspberry sorbet is one of my favorite!!

best for the last is their creations!! it has all the best dessert items combined in one!!

this icecream.. is worth every single cent, my taste buds were  mwaahhh.. i liked it...  it was late night and a good packing done... loved it

great ice cream not gonna argue. although it's a little overprized compared to the other restaurants and ice cream shops out there, the ice cream is still outstanding. what it lacked was the presentation and the fruits on the palette compared to the representations shown on the menu. the quantity can be improved upon too. and for gold users, the full menu isn't applicable for gold even the ice cream which should be ideally included under the gold previlages. service was professional and friendly.

ambiance: two words. comfortably posh.
food: the only place i would pay how much ever it takes because i know from where my cocoa and my raisin toppings are flown in from! this very fact makes it more appealing and makes me feel special because of the importance they place in being quality perfectionists. haagen dazs can find that perfect balance between sweetness and an immense making-my-eyes-flutter sweetness even the world's best cook, my dearest mother, cannot attain in her dessert delicacies. 
service: one word. friendly!

i have a thing for eiffel tower ever since i was a teen(still do)
i had a small catch up with my boyfriend and his friend called me up asking me to meet up and we 3 met up here. and going through the menu i saw the eiffel tower ice cream and damn i wanted it !!!
me being me went with my brownie *_* it was so soft and hot and it melted in my mouth and it was so freaking good.
and my boyfriend being the gentleman he is, got the eiffel tower ice cream, lets just say we never spoke a word for the next 10 minutes. ^_^

i’ve always loved the quality at haagen dazs but to my surprise after having purchased zomato gold, the place wasn’t offering me every item on the menu under my gold privileges. i get that the brand maintains a high price but it isn’t acceptable when they don’t let one use the gold privileges on the items that are less than inr 500 on the menu.

there’s definitely no doubt about their quality of food anyhow.

i went to hd with my family it was three of us so we ordered the eiffel tower and two chocolate macaroons it came to around ₹900 for 3 people that is pricey but the taste was just amazing worth every penny

a place to visit for hard core ice cream lovers. a little expensive but does justice to it. all ice creams are imported i think so. ambience at its best

the bestest belgian waffle ever in chennai !!😍 must must try!!! but when comes to money..hmmm! yes.they are kinda expensive.
nevertheless u have sweet tooth,just go rush in ❤️ i promise u ll feel the heaven. frederick royston

been here with my family . tried belgian waffle dream , chocolate n strawberry crepe and the brooklyn bridge. the brooklyn bridge is a monster full of chocolate . flavours are rich but expensive . the bill was a lil less than 5k . i would say a bit heavy for regular ice cream indulgence .

checked to haagen dazs on a week day when i had some work near nungambakam..... had their banana split... the bananas were caramelised to the perfect.... the whipped cream and almonds added that extra touch to their perfect icecreams.....
