desserts are the new main course, hence innovation plays a vital role. good place to hangout with friends and colleagues. ambience is too good, friendly staff and services.

haagen dazs is a premium ice cream brand and to justify it , thetasteis absolutely delectable and the quality is very good.
my favourites are belgian chocolate, raspberry and mango sorbet, chocolate chip, summer berries and cream.
as expected, it’s expensive but totally worth it!!

this place is my favorite because of its cozy ambience, good service and amazing desserts. we ordered dark chocolate bomb with the various mini scoops of ice cream inside. the way they present it is a treat to the eye. they pour hot chocolate syrup on top of the big chocolate ball/bomb and like how a bird hatches from its shell, the choco ball opens up slowly making us a witness to the many mini scoop delicacies that were hidden inside. and then my friends, we are ready to indulge in the best dessert eating experience ever... each spoon you take, you wonder which flavor have you just taken! the mystery keeps us going and each flavor is a treat to ourtastebuds. must try!!!

strawberry cheese cake ice cream all melted waffle was good but ice all sourtasteand was melted didn't expect this from such a reputed ice cream parlor and that to in knk road

nothing beats the raspberry sorbet that they serve. we also tried the new mango sorbet but it didn’t feel the haagen dazs quality, it wasn’t a naturaltasteat all. the other two serves, eiffel tower and the chocolate brownie explosion were as exquisite as it gets. they have only 2 options in the entire menu which are purely vegetarian, without egg so to say. so veg people, think once before you go!

if you would like to find quality ice-creams at chennai,then haagen dazs is the place.i have visited this place four times.

ambience :it is elegantly decorated but now much unique.has got a lot of cozy sofas making the stay there comfortable.for book lovers there are lots of books which u could read while having ice creams.

food:as already mentioned i get super excited every time when i visit them.their crepes are super yummy.thetastegoes so differently because the ice creams are fried and served.their eiffel tower ice cream are a must try for any ice-cream lunatics.words cannot express when it reaches your table.

cheers to one of my favorites.i would often visit you guys when i feel low to pump up my volume.

one of the luxurious ice cream parlour in town.
when i was going through the menu card,i felt overpriced(though it is).anyway decided to order one of their signature dish the eiffel tower.
it came nearly after 20 mins,i had my first scoop,in which i realised that even ice cream can make you high.thetastewas heavenly,made it worth for every single penny.
a must visit place for all ice cream lovers out there.

*service is late

overall experience-a must try place. very much enjoyable when visited as a group.

there are a variety of flavours here. the belgian chocolate ice cream with waffles have a really great flavour and the macadamia nuts ice cream with pancakestasteamazing as well. they could improve on their service as sometimes it is quite slow as they took quite a while to make the waffles and pancakes. servers are quite friendly. overall a good experience.

ice cream is one of the most important things in my life! after being away for 10 weeks, i took my mom hoping i could have some heavenly scoops!

ordered a 7 scoop sundae just so that i couldtastetheir signature flavours! the quantities were just too small and i regretted it the minute i saw it!

belgium chocolate and vanilla was definitely worth it!
dulce deleche and coffee was above average while mango rasberry and cookies was just about average.

the fruits were a disaster! the chocolate sauce that was promised in the menu was not provided!

also, what's this new liquid nitrogen obsession?! completely unnecessary.

mom had a classic mango and mango rasberry which she found too sweet but was happy with her choice looking at mine.

2000 rs absolutely no vfm.

an elegant and upscale place where enter knowing that the prices will not be less! it was my birthday and just felt like giving it a try. had a basic chocolate sundae. thetastewas good and ambience was also nice.

a very posh place in the city !
on viewing the menu card , we got slightly dizzy because of the costs !!!! ( i was like how can an ice cream cost this much ?? )
eventually we ordered seventh heaven and the effiel tower .... ( we were 5 of them )
for seventh heaven , we get to choose the flavours by tasting them and the service however was good , we had our order on our tables within 10 mins
seventh heaven ; the best ever ! u get to pour liquid nitrogen in it and u see magic ( tons of white fog coming frm it .... we tuk a bommerang 😜 )
effiel tower ; presentation luked really great buttastewasn't that great !
finally , the most important part ... the bill .... we paid 2000 ..... seventh heaven costs around 875 and effiel tower around 575 and service tax and vat costs the remaining amount 😱 !!!
anyways its a must checkout place !

i can't seem to find the haagen dazs which opened at neelangarai on the ecr. my experience was very bad looks like the store is new and i ordered a sundae and they had some ingredients missing so they decided to experiment added some replacement ingredients and served. thetastewas pathetic but i can't say the same about the cost. this is a global brand and my fav while outside india but here it looks like the company is not maintaining the same standards at all their outlets only the pricing seems consistent.

belgian chocolate. if you are a chocolate fan then you have to try the belgian chocolate here and you shall become a fan!! the dark chocolatetastein the ice cream is yum..! we even tried some other sundaes of dark chocolate and the eiffel tower looks exquisite- didn't have the heart to break it and eat. surprisingly even the banana split, which is not one of my favourites, tasted good! one of the best ice cream places definitely!

amazing is the perfect word for thetastebuds satisfying ice creams.. every flavour has something mesmerizing in it... it seem lost in every bite... tried the vanilla brownie with caramel, strawberry and cookies n cream.. all were superilicious (super delicious)...all kept aside, it's pocket pinching...
