definitely among the besticecreams i've had in chennai! the flavours are all so rich and the waffles they serve are so good! though expensive, it makes you want to come again for such greaticecream.

they ran out of cones. at 1 pm. batter is over 🙄
soicecreams without cone for kids now. can it be that hard to get this sorted? oh well. am hoping this doesn’t happen too often.

haagen dazs is a premiumicecream brand and to justify it , the taste is absolutely delectable and the quality is very good.
my favourites are belgian chocolate, raspberry and mango sorbet, chocolate chip, summer berries and cream.
as expected, it’s expensive but totally worth it!!

close to midnight on a saturday night and craving dessert? that was us last weekend, as it is usually us quite a few times. for that specific saturday night, we decided to go to haagen dazs, again.

since there were four of us eating, stuffed to the brim from a dinner party, we decided to order one chocolate fondue platter and split it.

the mini scoops (or should i say small marble sized scoops oficecream) were so cute but i would have preferred golf ball size scoops to actually enjoy theicecream, instead. anyhow, like always, strawberry was my favorite flavor whereas it was chocolate for another desertser and vanilla for yet another. theicecream was creamy and delicious, as always.

i loved the mini crepes and waffle squares with the chocolate fondue ! the biscotti was no good but everything else was okay.

i always feel that the service here is lacking. either it’s the time we go and everyone is tired or something else but it takes so long for anyone to understand and carry through on a request; though, i really don’t know why.

the only thing i would change? add some savory or tangy palate cleanser so that everything isn’t so sweet and mono-dimensional — i think we can enjoy more desserts that way.

went with family after visiting cascade as we thought of having dessert here. must say, while the place is costly, theicecream mixes, presentation as well as the portion, are well worth it. ambience is good and friendly and seating is adequate. place overlooks knk.

an internationally famous brand foricecream and that's definitely why i wanted to try this place. the ambience was totally pleasant and loved the interiors.
what i ordered was:

the eiffel tower- basically it has cookie and creamicecream , belgian chocolateicecream, brownie and whipped cream stacked in the shape of tge eiffel tower. everything was so perfect about this dish and tasted brilliant.

chocolate tasting journey- it had a sequence of 3 items. to start off with chocolate semi fredo, belgium chocolateicecream cupcake and finishing off with belgium hot chocolate. the only thing that didn't satisfy me was the hot chocolate.

cookie and cream crunch:
this was served in a huge glass and had layers oficecream, brownie and chocolate sauce.

we finished it off with macaroons. my personal favorite was the vanilla ♥️

this place is my favorite because of its cozy ambience, good service and amazing desserts. we ordered dark chocolate bomb with the various mini scoops oficecream inside. the way they present it is a treat to the eye. they pour hot chocolate syrup on top of the big chocolate ball/bomb and like how a bird hatches from its shell, the choco ball opens up slowly making us a witness to the many mini scoop delicacies that were hidden inside. and then my friends, we are ready to indulge in the best dessert eating experience ever... each spoon you take, you wonder which flavor have you just taken! the mystery keeps us going and each flavor is a treat to our taste buds. must try!!!

this place had a very cosy atmosphere with sofas and book shelves. the staff were also polite and courteous to a fault.

you’ll get the best kind of desserts here, but the prices are pretty expensive. wonderful place to hang out with friends, staffs were very courteous. when we went there were only 4 flavors oficecream, so we were restricted to choose within those 4. overall the experience was good, must try foricecream lovers ✌🏻

if you would like to find quality ice-creams at chennai,then haagen dazs is the place.i have visited this place four times.

ambience :it is elegantly decorated but now much unique.has got a lot of cozy sofas making the stay there comfortable.for book lovers there are lots of books which u could read while havingicecreams.

food:as already mentioned i get super excited every time when i visit them.their crepes are super yummy.the taste goes so differently because theicecreams are fried and served.their eiffel towericecream are a must try for any ice-cream lunatics.words cannot express when it reaches your table.

cheers to one of my favorites.i would often visit you guys when i feel low to pump up my volume.

theicecream just melts , the way how my feelings and worries melts away while i talk to my friend with the haagen dazsicecream, the waffle cone with the sprinkle is my fabourite , and the weekend offers like buy one nd get one are real treat . one of my favourite in the knk lane

yes! it's fondue! if you want to celebrate a day with your loved ones.. i suggest you to schedule this place for a special occasion..fondue chocolate pot with full of dipping around with it... fruits,icecream, macaroons😍😍..they failed to ignite the candles underneath the fondue pot.. i recommend you to check whether it's done or not.
