this outlet of #häagen-dazs in khader nawaz khan road is one of the first outlets for the ice cream brand in chennai. what not many would know is that although the name sounds german it is a popular american brand and has quite a long history behind it. thus, it wouldn’t be wrong to say this was among the first brands in chennai that took desserts and icecreamsto a whole new level. me and my friends decided to visit this place one fine day. we were a group of 04 people.  it is situated at the entrance of knk road in nungambakkam. parking is available for around 06 cars outside. the ambience of the place is top notch and the interiors and furniture’s spell class. the staff were courteous and the menu has some fancy creations of ice cream. after a big discussion amongst ourselves, we decided to settle for the #classicfondue. the order arrived in about 10 minutes and it was such a visual treat. the items served along with the melting pot of dark chocolate were some freshly cut apples, strawberries and apricots along with brownies, fresh cream, cookies, mini ice cream balls of different flavors and other small treats. the ice cream and the brownies tasted delicious along with the dark chocolate. the quantity was sufficient for a group of four. price is slightly on the higher side but it does justice to the quality being offered. would definitely recommend this place for their unique ice cream concoctions.

the icecreamstasted great and so is the place and ambience. but the price is on the higher side for what you get. just because the taste's great, doesn't mean you have to pay the premium. we wish hagen dazs comes up with affordable prices for their existing menu or a new menu.

their icecreamsare delicious without doubt, but definitely not pocket friendly or worth the money! sorry but won't recommend this place. you can definitely but nicer and tastier icecreamselsewhere for much lesser than what you pay here.

definitely among the best icecreamsi've had in chennai! the flavours are all so rich and the waffles they serve are so good! though expensive, it makes you want to come again for such great ice cream.

they ran out of cones. at 1 pm. batter is over 🙄
so icecreamswithout cone for kids now. can it be that hard to get this sorted? oh well. am hoping this doesn’t happen too often.

if you would like to find quality ice-creams at chennai,then haagen dazs is the place.i have visited this place four times.

ambience :it is elegantly decorated but now much unique.has got a lot of cozy sofas making the stay there comfortable.for book lovers there are lots of books which u could read while having ice creams.

food:as already mentioned i get super excited every time when i visit them.their crepes are super yummy.the taste goes so differently because the icecreamsare fried and served.their eiffel tower ice cream are a must try for any ice-cream lunatics.words cannot express when it reaches your table.

cheers to one of my favorites.i would often visit you guys when i feel low to pump up my volume.

icecreamsare the best the name it stands for 👍👍. shakes are good but not as great as icecreams tickles your tastebuds. expensive indeed but worth a visit. 👍👍🍦🍦🍧🍨

despite being a die hard ice cream lover, and despite the monthly ice cream ritual, i step into haagen dazs only on special occasions. it’s not got to do with how expensive the icecreamsare but for the finest quality of ice creams, i’ve tasted. when you need to celebrate a special occasion and you crave for an ice cream, now you know where you should head to!

for me, there are two types of icecreams- the chocolate ones and the non-chocolate ones. though i try to give the other flavors a chance, my ice cream ritual isn’t complete unless there is a minimum of one scoop of chocolate ice cream in my sundae. what more do you need than the best belgian chocolate ice cream and waffles in the city, to celebrate something special!

last month, my husband and i went to haagen dazs on our anniversary. after a heavy meal, i settled for a belgian chocolate sundae (single scoop) with some chocolate, raspberry sauce, fudge cookies and whipped cream. my husband opted for the haagen dazs (cookies and cream) crunch with cookies, chocolate sauce, and whipped cream. both our desserts were amazing. the richness of the chocolate and the cookies ice cream was fantastic. we relished every spoon of the ice cream and wished it would never end.

i’ve been to haagen dazs a couple of times before and i’m already wondering which occasion i should be spending there next!

can't blame the rates as this is a premium ice cream parlour
but the tastes were worth the price. we tried mango vanilla crunch and caramel crunch
the icecreamswere so tasty.. especially the caramel cream was so yummy.. mango cream tasted more like a mango stick
but we paid around 200rs as gst.
ambience was so good and service also was nice

haagen dazs ! an exquisite paradise for icecreams! we went as a group of 4 and decided to go for the european fondue . it was a beautifully arranged fondue with waffles , pancakes , macaroons, ice cream , fruits. being not so much of a fruit person , i enjoyed everything else thoroughly. it was definitely sufficient for the four of us. it costed us around 2500/- odd including the gst , tax , etc etc which is definitely on the higher side but given the brand, i'd definitely say it's worth it once in a while .

liked the decor of the place...little messy on the road, as there is construction in the road...

still the place is having a large sitting capacity and different kinds of th options to sit...

but most of the icecreamsscoops asked weren't there or either they were out of stock...

but the final option was quite to enjoy the same...but still it is quite big option to have and enjoy the same for me..

it was our anniversary eve, so after a coffee at starbucks, dinner at maplai n cream centre we wanna make it more memorable with a good desert spot.yaay hàagen dazs was our choice, regarding parking there was no issues.ambience was good with subtle lights,the service was courteous and they really helped out what we want.ya coming to the ice creams,they were treat to our eyes and to taste buds too, my husband wants to select icecreamswith waffles,so they suggested belgian waffle dream,with two scoops of dulce de leche and praline cream both were delicious and melts in the mouth ,feels heaven with the taste of the caramel and praline nuts,being an internatinal flavours they maintain their standard.but cost is really high and and you will have a hole in your pocket.will visit only on a special occasion not definetly not a regular desert spot.kugan kannabiran

one great thing about haagen dazs is the quality. but the options you get are very limited and the price is way over the top. spending 1500 bucks on two icecreamsis just not really worth it when i can spend the same amount for a month on ibaco. #just saying #definitelyonetime
