amazing icecream... specially the cookie andcreamand caramel ice creams .... though the price is on an higher end its worth once the icecreammelts in your mouth .... it's so finger licking experience ... will surely visit this place only when i get salary :-)

definitely the best icecreamparlour in chennai..
the ambiance is excellent, the service is top notch.
the flavors are what are available internationally..
all their signature dishes are in the 'must try' category especially the fondue...

the pricing of course is extremely high...but this is an indulgence that must be experienced !!!

the only grouse i have of late is that my favorite flavors seem to be out of stock just too often (i guess lot more people like the same flavors)

all of us dream about heaven... i can assure you there is one close to you. the icecreamheaven - #haagendazs! seventh heaven to be exact. words cannot describe the texture and flavour of these ice creams. simply superb! but be warned... heaven comes with a cost. this one tends to burn your pockets. be well loaded when you go. @@

a great place, a great taste. this is a must visit place in chennai for a amazing unbelievable variety of icecreamdessert. i would say its great experience. one caution is with great taste and quality comes with a high price tag. we gang of 3 guys went for a late night desert and the bill little above 2.5k. so who would spend so much for desert?? but we were thoroughly satisfied.

when it comes to icecreami prefer haagen dazs but recently each time i go they don't have chocolate flavour but their presentation on their best sellers are really eye catching

beautiful, absolutely stunning and rich flavoured ice creams. best to have in the heat of chennai which is literally all year. the competition has increased immensely improving the quality of most icecreamshops.

haagen dazs has reaaaaaally lost its quality. it was a great icecreamparlour when it started. now it's just over priced and the quality has also dropped. the sundaes are good. i tried the chocolate fondue which was simply delicious. the big european fondue that is. then i also tried the eiffel tower structure icecream. it tastes wry mediocre and didn't look as appealing as it did in the catalogue.

this place is definitely one of the most expensive icecreamplaces in the city. they have a good collection of sundaes and fondues and a nice place to sit and spend the evening with your friends.

the best icecreamever..was very excited when its branch came to chennai...my favourite flavor is dulce de liche # fab.the belgian waffles too is awesome..apart from these everything else is great too.easily the best in the business no doubt about it.

okay this is not my favourite icecreamparlour . my family and myself ordered a flower blossom . it was almost six flavours in which the coffee and chocolate were my favourite . this is an exclusive icecreamparlour and hence quite expensive . they have the best ambience for an icecreamparlour 😁

everyone knows this is the best icecreamcenter. but the rating is less this time, just because. today, they did not have any chocolate flavor ice creams and didn't have hot chocolate drink too. that's their signature. disappointment today. i should have chosen amadora, they never run out of stock.
and today the quality of food was so bad that half my family are down with bad stomach.
not the standard of haagendas at all.
didn't feel like giving separate tabs.

one of the best ice creams i ever had....before visiting the cafe i thought the menu they have displayed is just a dream...its too fancy to find in india, but to my surprise what i ordered looked exactly the same. the service was also good. the ice creams are at a higher end, but u will get what you are paying for. the only thing i did not like was they did not have the most of the chocolate and coffee flavor available during my visit.

to be honest, i have not tried any of their signature dishes for i always end up here late at night after a heavy meal.

but considering that they use the normal icecreamlisted in the menu as the base for their signature dishes, i don't think i have missed much.

the ice creams are alright and if you find yourself in nungambakkam craving ice creams after a good meal, this might be the place. but for desserts, i would prefer a place with more options. the pricing seems to be way off the target.

as a self proclaimed connoisseur of all things ice cream, a trip to haagen dazs in chennai was long overdue.

located in the central foodie district of chennai, aka khader nawaz khan road, the outlet very much lives up to the image of gourmet icecreamdining. emboldened, we ordered the classic fondue for the two of us. we were rather disappointed that we couldn't choose the flavours of the scoops for the fondue, which is generally the case with similar menu items in other places. when it arrived, we faced an even bigger disappointment with the ridiculously small scoop sizes and the incredibly inconvenient vessel in which they were placed, which ensured more icecreamended up in the space between the plates than in our bellies. the side accouterments to the icecreamwere good but nothing to write home about. perhaps this wasn't their strongest dish, but at this level you'd expect every dish make you go gaga over it. especially at the prices charged. sadly  that was not the case.

while there is little doubt that this brand is over-hyped, the taste and variety of icecreamserved here does not live up to the hype. i have had tastier and far more exotic flavours atcream& fudge.

if i also consider gealto places like freezilicious & gelato italiano, haagen dazs is not even in the same league. if you want good old fashioned ice creams, swensen's does it better. even packaged ice creams like london diary do a better job at making ice creams, when compared to haagen dazs.

so, yeah, this place is way over-priced, especially considering their attitude and poorly trained staff. and, yeah, their coffee is pretty average too.
