a place to fulfill all the desires for ice-cream. bit slightly overpriced ,but the taste compensates for the extra price. the darkchocolatebomb was so nice, but after sometime we were not able to distinguish the flavours since everything got mixed up with the chocolate

haagen dazs. you hear the name and you feel posh instantly xd

while their dishes are definitely on the high side, they're definitely the epitome of amazing dessert.
luckily, zomato gold is there to save the day!

my friend and i ordered thechocolateexplosion and the darkchocolatebomb.
the darkchocolatebomb in particular blew me away (pun intended :p)
it has 8 mini-scoops of ice cream inside it!
it's simply surreal and it's a must try here.

went here for dessert after dinner. tryed out theirchocolateexplosion . though the concept was good it wasn't tasty. their belgian waffle was awesome and gold membership made it worth the money

1.chocolatebomb- a huge globe built ofchocolatewhich melts down to present us with 8 amazing mini scoops of icecreams of different flavours accompanied by mini brownie bites glazed withchocolatefudge- man am i in heaven already?

2. cookie and cream crunch- a tall glass layered with cookie crumbs alternating with two different flavours of icecream of your choice alternating with whipped cream and i'm in sugar coma!

a must visit place for all dessert lovers despite the high pricing cos it's worth it

being an icecream addict, i really wanted to check out haagen dazs, even though they are quite expensive.

we tried,
darkchocolatebomb
the eiffel tower

darkchocolatebomb - this was absolutely golden! it was served with 8 scoops and we let them to choose the flavours. the outerchocolatewas so warm and rich in flavour. and oh, each and every scoop of ice cream felt like ecstasy! must try. please, have a look at the photos and start craving already!

the eiffel tower - this looks absolutely beautiful! but unlike thechocolatebomb, this was quite disappointing in terms of taste. or that's what i felt. this was served with cookies & cream and belgianchocolateice cream. the brownie wasn't really satisfactory and the ice creams seemed to lack in taste. i personally wouldn't recommend this but your taste might vary from mine. so, it's upto you!

ambience - spacious and hella beautiful! the book shelf helped more with the aesthetics. probably, the most beautiful icecream center i have been to. :')

and of course, like previously mentioned, they are quite expensive. but hey, it is really worth saving up to try their ice creams!

this outlet of #häagen-dazs in khader nawaz khan road is one of the first outlets for the ice cream brand in chennai. what not many would know is that although the name sounds german it is a popular american brand and has quite a long history behind it. thus, it wouldn’t be wrong to say this was among the first brands in chennai that took desserts and ice creams to a whole new level. me and my friends decided to visit this place one fine day. we were a group of 04 people.  it is situated at the entrance of knk road in nungambakkam. parking is available for around 06 cars outside. the ambience of the place is top notch and the interiors and furniture’s spell class. the staff were courteous and the menu has some fancy creations of ice cream. after a big discussion amongst ourselves, we decided to settle for the #classicfondue. the order arrived in about 10 minutes and it was such a visual treat. the items served along with the melting pot of darkchocolatewere some freshly cut apples, strawberries and apricots along with brownies, fresh cream, cookies, mini ice cream balls of different flavors and other small treats. the ice cream and the brownies tasted delicious along with the dark chocolate. the quantity was sufficient for a group of four. price is slightly on the higher side but it does justice to the quality being offered. would definitely recommend this place for their unique ice cream concoctions.

tried the sweet lime sorbet and one morechocolateand caramel scoops.. ok i agree the scoops are expensive but once in a while when u decide to cheat on your diet i think you should make it worth your while.. so visit here!

placed in one of the happening places in chennai. this is definitely a must go place for dessert lovers. they serve the best waffles in the city! but unfortunately the waffle machine doesn't work whenever i check out the place in recent times, which needs to be taken care of!
apart from that their raspberry and belgianchocolateis definitely to be tried if one makes a visit.

haagen dazs is a premium ice cream brand and to justify it , the taste is absolutely delectable and the quality is very good.
my favourites are belgian chocolate, raspberry and mango sorbet,chocolatechip, summer berries and cream.
as expected, it’s expensive but totally worth it!!

you can customise with your favourite flavours. there is thischocolateball packed with brownies and icecream. hotchocolatesauce poured on top of it. delicious!!!
eiffel tower was not very much too my liking because of the belgianchocolatethat had a bitter taste.

overall bit costlier but worth it.

close to midnight on a saturday night and craving dessert? that was us last weekend, as it is usually us quite a few times. for that specific saturday night, we decided to go to haagen dazs, again.

since there were four of us eating, stuffed to the brim from a dinner party, we decided to order onechocolatefondue platter and split it.

the mini scoops (or should i say small marble sized scoops of ice cream) were so cute but i would have preferred golf ball size scoops to actually enjoy the ice cream, instead. anyhow, like always, strawberry was my favorite flavor whereas it waschocolatefor another desertser and vanilla for yet another. the ice cream was creamy and delicious, as always.

i loved the mini crepes and waffle squares with thechocolatefondue ! the biscotti was no good but everything else was okay.

i always feel that the service here is lacking. either it’s the time we go and everyone is tired or something else but it takes so long for anyone to understand and carry through on a request; though, i really don’t know why.

the only thing i would change? add some savory or tangy palate cleanser so that everything isn’t so sweet and mono-dimensional — i think we can enjoy more desserts that way.

an internationally famous brand for ice cream and that's definitely why i wanted to try this place. the ambience was totally pleasant and loved the interiors.
what i ordered was:

the eiffel tower- basically it has cookie and cream ice cream , belgianchocolateice cream, brownie and whipped cream stacked in the shape of tge eiffel tower. everything was so perfect about this dish and tasted brilliant.

chocolate tasting journey- it had a sequence of 3 items. to start off withchocolatesemi fredo, belgiumchocolateice cream cupcake and finishing off with belgium hot chocolate. the only thing that didn't satisfy me was the hot chocolate.

cookie and cream crunch:
this was served in a huge glass and had layers of ice cream, brownie andchocolatesauce.

we finished it off with macaroons. my personal favorite was the vanilla ♥️
