goodrestaurantusing in cheap ingredients. love their gyro's, hummus and baba ganoush! the baklava was stale and dry. recipes are fabulous they just need to improve the quality of their ingredients. staff is friendly fun but lacks diversity!

thisrestaurantis in a small strip mall, next to a coffee shop, bar, and a fuel station. don't let that deter you from entering, however. the gyros are amazing and they provide an exceptional amount of meat. the greek salad with chicken shwarma is very tasty, with the yogurt sauce on the side. the chicken is always moist and very flavorful. 

gyro house loses a full star, and probably should be one and a half, because of the wait required. even when ordering ahead, plan to spend too much time waiting for food. sometimes they seem to not start the order promptly and others they will leave on the counter until you bother them. their "eat in" orders do not take nearly as long. either spend the time in therestaurantor show up expecting to have a bit of a rest.

my parents were in vancouver, washington for a day trip. in the evening, instead of driving north towards home, they drove south into oregon all the way to the gyro house for dinner. that's 30 minutes (one way) out of their way to go specifically to this restaurant!

as always, the staff was friendly and welcoming. this place is the go torestaurantif you are even remotely near it!

great food, great people. as young newlyweds, we've been trying to stick to our monthly budget, eating at home as much as possible and finding good, inexpensive restaurants for specials occasions. with that in mind, this place is so great that we went back twice in one week.

the gyro house has amazing gyros, overflowingly stuffed with delicious gyro meat and other tasty morsels... those gyros are a great meal by themselves. gluttons for delicious things, 4 people split the large fries (about $4, so only a dollar more per person) and we were soooo full after the gyros and fries. i recommend getting the fries with garlic sauce and feta (for a very small nominal fee).

the people there make the place even better. my retired parents travel quite a bit and love to learn about new cultures and history so they asked therestaurantpeople a lot of questions. they were all very friendly and willing to share their backgrounds and answer questions about all the very cool photographs that decorate the place. definitely a place worth coming back for many times over!!!

i got exactly what is pictured - everyone is very friendly and i felt welcomed and comfortable in thisrestauranti want to come back and make gyro house a frequent place to visit when i'm in the area, but, the food is just too rich for me, my body cannot tolerate this food very often, too many calories. therestaurantis casual and clean.
i recommend gyro because the people are so friendly, the food is tasty and you get what is advertised - it is just not my type of food.

yum yum yum yum yum. i love the gyros here. they are three times the size of any other greek or mediterraneanrestauranti have ever eaten at. big thick chunks / strips of gyro with spicy garlic sauce and feta cheese. (moans!) the babaganouj and the hummous are great here too. friendly staff and owners. they even showed me how they make their babaganouj while i was waiting for a to-go order.

one word...amazing!!!!. i tried thisrestaurantout for the first time a week ago, and honestly...it was the best gyro i've ever had. i ordered the lamb (without the spicy garlic sauce) with the feta cheese, and i was in heaven. the hummus was also the creamiest i've ever had - incredible!! the portions are big and the prices are small...and the staff was friendly (well most of them, one dude seemed a little "off" that day - ha) the cook even came out to brag a bit about the food (it was awesome) and he was right! i told him this was the onlyrestauranti've ever been to that i wanted to write a glowing review about. two enthusiastic thumbs up!! lol! :o)
