chef kurt grasing’s menu is based on fresh ingredients from california’s carmel coast and the central valley, and grasing’s was named the 2013 bestrestaurantin carmel by monterey county weekly. in addition to excellent lunch and dinner selections, the weekend brunch menu has an “endless brunch” option where your choice of 6 entrees (including garden omelette, eggs benedict, or waffle with fresh fruit) comes with unlimited mimosas for only $19.95.

wonderful!. there are lots of restaurants in carmel that pretend to offer fine dining. grasings succeeds! for wonderful dishes prepared by a master chef, and a wine list that complements, you have to consider thisrestaurantin the top 2 or 3. we've never been disappointed, and that's saying a lot, because we dine out frequently and are not pushovers.

cool rooftop private party!. we had a wonderful breakfast buffet private party on their small, but very cool rooftop patio. therestaurantitself is elegant and classy. the service is friendly, efficient and semi-formal. there is inside or outside seating, and apparently a pet friendly area. the food was perfect. presentation was well done. mimosas were excellent! another enchanting day trip to carmel by the sea. =)
