gourmet burger shop

yum. picture your best day on the grill, with all the toppings you always forget, and your very own deep fat fryer. it seats about 10 inside, and 10 outside on the patio. but the meat is no presto patty and the buns are almost like kaiser rolls. even my two kids inhaled their bugers. we had the classic, a bacon cheddar and a gorgonzola avocado. shoestringfriesare so thin, you could lace up with one. onion rings were mouth-melting o's of joy. we will be back. with friends. still need to try the beet chips!

great shakes that are made on site fresh definitely recommend the caramel salted was great they have a good microbrew menu some decent ipas the frenchfrieswere unique it's a good burger joint well done

dreadful. probably the worse experience i have had in 5 years at any restaurant. if i could rate it below a star i would. 100 minutes to serve a party of 5 and we only received half of our burnt over cooked food. we sent back most of it to be remade. i asked for a very rare pink burger and i got well done and burnt. the fried and onions rings came out 15 minutes after our food arrived and they were disgusting. the match sticksfrieswere over cooked and salty and inedible. the onions rings were greasy and inedible too. it took 85 minutes to receive milk shake too.

when you walk in you have to seat yourself. no big deal but we had to ask to get the table cleaned. we sat in an elevated table that was very uncomfortable. to order you have to walk up to the cashier counter. i had to remember 5 orders. i had to serve myself all the water and sodas for 5. you prepay for everything and there is a spot of a tip. are you kidding me!!!! after about 95 minutes and asking at least 3 times when the food was going to come out we contemplated leaving but they already had our money. the worse dining experience ever!!!!

there were 3 table ahead of us and were waiting for who knows how long. one table that had been there at least 20 minutes before us received there order about 60 minutes after we arrived and they only got half there order too.

how long does it take to make a burger..........3 minutes a side? i think the cook left the restaurant. there is no other explanation. i have talked with my fellow gig harbor residents and everyone i have talked with has had a similar experience. i think the positive reviews for this restaurant are lies!!!!

little bit of good news. this is a burger that even taken to go is juicy, tasty, cooked perfectly and towers over all others in the area even bo"s. their frenchfriesand onion rings travel home and stay crunchy until you get there. and there is flavor off the charts. i can not say enough about gig harbor finally having gourmet burgers and at reasonable pricing. burger andfriesor rings 10 bucks! come on, take it to go and eat thefriesas you drive home, betcha can not eat just one. they are finger licking good too, garlic, season salt and maybe that green stuff is flat leaf spicy italian parsley, i dunno how they do it, but tim and liz are serious burger addicts and finally have a way to get our fix right here in town. thank you travis and derek!!

i will go back!. i actually live in n seattle, but am over in kitsap almost every weekend, and i would make a point of visiting this establishment again on my way home (i heard they were moving too, so hopefully they'll be less off the beaten path). i was craving a burger and this is the place we stumbled upon that night. oddly enough, once i got there, the vegetarian burger sounded more amazing than anything else; and it was delicious (potato, pesto, goat cheese, how can you go wrong?)!! my bbq chips were also really good! my dining companions tried other burgers and onion rings andfriesand i got to sample all of it, everything was delicious! my tomato was actually red! my lettuce wasn't iceburg! since we were specifically looking for new places to eat that night we dined in, and it was a bit chilly(door doesn't shut itself and several people left it open), and i can see how we would have had a problem if it had been too crowded. the seating is limited inside, but i would stop an pick stuff up to take with me too!! must try!! and good luck to them in their new location, wherever it may be!

this place has the best burgers andfriesaround. price is reasonable and the staff is friendly. i never leave hungry. two thumbs up!
