"best green chilebreadever". we had some friends stop by on their way from little rock to las vegas (usaf), and we wanted to share a place with them that had new mexico flavors and flair. gcp fit the bill perfectly. two of us had the turkey with swiss, on green chile bread, toasted, and it was excellent. three others shared a pizza, and raved about the crust and generous toppings. the wings were huge as well, and cooked perfectly. we were welcomed right away, and we all sat outside, since there were two boxers in the family as well! excellent service, delivered promptly, but casually. really, just a perfect sunday afternoon to enjoy the company of someone we hadn't seen in 10+ years, and a great place to relax.
