can have a long wait so rez are a good idea. upscale casual alaska decor, good place to take tourist buddies. good selection. of seafood,steaks. calamari is awesome.

we stopped following the "brewhouse is awesome omgwtfbbq" crowd a while back. the straw that broke the camel's back was the consistently average service and the burgers we were served. they were a costco variety. the preformed patties you get in the freezer section, actually. i consider this a touron trap. orso, right next door, is far better.

home to the only alder wood fired rotisserie in the state of alaska, and uniquely accompanied by a mesquite grill and birch fired piazza oven this fine eating establishment is without reproach.

great drinks, and food. we go here when we want tasty food and drink, and get it. my wife's favorite drink, a lemon drop, comes from here; she'll go somewhere else and hope it's as good. i love their cask conditioned beer that's aged in bourbon barrels, and the food, very nice. small and large plates.

get reservations, but go for sure!. the food was really good and the combinations of flavors were really good. went with 4 people who each have very different tastes and each person got something they loved. the wait was long (almost an hour) so get reservations if you want to go without having to hang out in the small mall outside the restaurant that has a kitschy expensive kitchen store and a small art/glass gallery.

honestly. i just don't get the popularity of this place. maybe i don't have a good sheepdar unit.

we waited an hour and a half to eat here on friday night....don't make the mistake we did and make reservations. the food was great and worth the wait. my husband had the prime rib and king crab legs. i don't usually like prime rib however this was by far the best i have ever had. i ordered the prawn and scallop skewers and they were delicious. we only wish we had found this restaurant earlier in our trip so we could have visited more than once!!!!

love love love!. atmosphere is great. it's pretty cool how they've got a microbrew thing going on there too. food is out of this world! whenever someone comes to visit, i make it a point to take them here. one thing i really adore about this place is how fantastic their calamari is. it's just perfect.. not extremley chewy and doesn't have a fishy smell or taste really.

awesome food the service was great. the hostess was great showed up with two extra people and they accomadated us without any problems. also the beer was sooooo good

great service and great atmosphere.... best table service in town!!! the ipa is very unique and tastes great. the seafood chowder is the best i have eve had. eat here!!!!

the best restaurant in downtown anchorage. never had a bad meal here. it is loud when it is full, but well worth it. the service is always excellent, drink choices are wide, and the food is excellent!

while the beer here was great as well i have to mention the apple pear sake-tini as a stand out. the drink was not overly sweet and the liquor not overpowering. definitely a keeper cocktail. the food also was a hit. once again i opted for halibut fish and
