welovegelato. on our regular travels in italy we often end our evenings with several scoops each - even if we've had dessert somewhere else! it's a treat we find hard to resist. gelateria gondola brought back memories of italy for us.  they have a good range of flavours with a few interesting twists as well. the bright colours drag plenty of people into the shop anyway, and once in, you know you're going to leave with something!

lovelovelove this place. the owner is always so jolly and i can always count on their gelato for a pick me up after a bad day. i come here every time i'm in chatswood.

the gelato here is very smooth and they’ve got some interesting flavours to offer too.lovetheir pistachio gelato and blood orange sorbet - my all time faves. the staff members are all very friendly except for the owner - his attitude isn’t welcoming and is often impatient. would’ve given this place a higher rating but the owner tarnished the experience.

ilovegondola's gelato because it has a wide variety of flavours and the taste is great. the staff are very friendly and offer you huge servings. although it is a little bit pricey, i highly recommend.

chocolate, strawberry , pistachio, vanilla - all absolutely delicious. ilovethis place!
really friendly staff as well.
would be nice if they let you taste more than 2 flavours .. but to be honest, it doesn’t really matter, from what i tasted , it is all good.

this is a great gelato place very close to chatswood chase. they have one bench inside for people to sit at, and then two tables outside. it's very cosy and they have a great range of flavours. the owner had an awesome accent was very nice. even when my card was rejected, he was really patient with me. ilovedefinitely come back here again after this experience!

i agree that this gelato is better than messina. and also is cheaper than messina, sadly it only has one in chatswood, would be difficult to run for it.quite far from my home.【loveit！especially the "cremino"flavour! oh my, i'm inlovewith a "criminal"!!! lol】

i hate to say this but.. move over messina!!! it's only yesterday that i'm impressed with messina's selection, but holy cow - gelateria gondola really serve the best pistachio gelato ever. i didn't get it for myself though (my friend did), and i sneaked countless bites from his cup. i did however chosen the safer option chocolate flavour, never did i thought that texture of an ice cream could leave such an impression on me. it's smooth, silky, creamy and all you will want in a simple cone of ice cream!loveitloveit andloveit. now my expectations for gelato game has became stronger.

consistently delicious and high quality. friendly service and generous serves.
they do crepes now too, yet to try these.

hands down in the running for one of the best gelaterias in sydney.loveall the flavours. huge scoops - two scoops is as good as a medium sized tub.

amazing amazing gelato! i cannot recommend this place enough! their flavours are amazing and there's quite a wide range of flavour for the small store. it's definitely authentic gelato and ilovehow they always have new flavours. we tried:
banana nutella - tastes like real banana, nothing artificial
macadamia - a very unique flavour but really enjoyable
zucca - creme brûlée and pumpkin, it sounds strange but it is so good! if you're feeling adventurous, i would highly recommend this one.
coco lime - amazing commit flavour with a slight tang of lime. it's really refreshing and not too sweet.
if you're ever in chatswood, i would definitely recommend stopping by gondola!

yum!!!. me and my husbandlovethis place! we've tried the popular gelato places in sydney and this one is a true gem. great flavours and service and so fresh! highly recommend the pistachio.

i was very excited when i found out there was a nice authentic gelato place in chatswood ! no need to go to the city anymore if i felt like gelato what iloveabout gelateria gondola is they are different from you know the famous messina.  gelateria gondola has many favours too, and once you look at it, you know they use fresh natural ingredients and many from italy as well. my favourite so far is their gondola gelato- blood orange aperol…it’s bitterness, sourness and sweetness is very well balanced to make the perfect gelato. there’s many different unique flavours as well, and most of them probably have to ask what is in it, with their italian names lol. most wonderful thing is they have crepes now! you all know how much ilovemy crepes. i decided to go with the original sugar and lemon one…need to try the rest next time! enjoy the video of the crepe making

best gelato in sydney. better then messina and gelatissimo. i travel 40 minutes once a week as my partner and ilovethis place. wonderful and friendly service too

yummy flavours that you can get nowhere else!.lovethe variety of interesting flavours, that's just yummy! there's great unique flavours for when you feel like a creamy gelato or a refreshing fruity sorbet!lovethis place! lemon, pineapple and thyme was just refreshing! can't wait to go back and try to cocoa and lychee gelato!
