amazing. best gelato/sorbet in brisbane hands down. soooo damn tasty. the flavours are seasonal and punchy, each of them are mouth watering in their own right. i really love how some of the flavours are not the typical one's found in the more dispassionate ice-creameries.

very important to deviate from norms like that so keep up thegoodwork.

tiny ice cream shop with few selection of flavours- but they servegoodquality gelato and sorbet. the flavours of their gelato is not too strong/rich- just light and tasty

after a very very large meal, thought it was agoodidea to cool down with ice cream. since gelateria cremona was just around the corner, thought we’d try it out. we got macadamia and a new flavour lod chong. was a little weirded out by the texture at first, it wasn’t creamy but neither was it icy. this ice cream didn’t actually have ‘flavour’ but more like ...(mine had crushed macadamias mixed in with ice cream. still so thoroughly enjoyable, would definitely recommend people try this place out.

i really love this store. they havegoodgelato. my favorite is italian cream. the texture was soft, the combination of the flavour was just perfect for me. the lady nicely answered every questions i asked about the flavour.

i have quite a love for ice cream - so when i found out rosalie had a gelato shop i had to go take a gander!

when i entered the store there was the gelato menu on the right side and a wall full of history illustrated on the left (it's nice to see some history of the products and the chef who's making all the goods) :)

many of the flavours sounded appetising. after contemplating for a moment i went with the salted macadamia&toffee and coconut. i personally liked the toffee one over the coconut, just because there was a bit more flavour and was also creamier. coconut wasgoodtoo but the taste just wasn't as strong. there was a lot of shredded coconuts throughout each bite which i liked though :)

wouldn't mind coming back to explore more flavours!

always gets 5 stars from me. the gelato is of beautiful quality and there's always a new range of flavours each time i visit. definitely recommend if you likegoodgelato or want to expand your tastebuds.

used to be reallygood- flavours were pretty boring and gelato was icy..guy that served us clearly didn't want to be there no pleases or thanks - even if you're having a bad day basic manners are still expected...overall bad experience and more expensive than messina in sydney - hope they come to briz...

really really reallygoodgelati. it' really very good. i am no connoisseur, but i couldn't let this place be left alone with no review. the gelati is great. try buying a cup and making a dash up mt coot-tha to enjoy the view with something sweet.
