amazing at first. found this place by accident as we were searching for a route around la traffic. started off with the fried corn on the cob and a house made vanilla soda. loved them both. corn served very hot temperature-wise. great batter on the corn is also used on other fried veggies and onion rings. tried the fronkenburger and a cheeseburger for the main course. burger meat is quality tasting. the rolls are too thin to survive the entire meal and the burger gets messy quickly. fronkenburger is loaded with onions and bacon all the way to last bite. overall a 7.5 / 10. the cheeseburger was good but ordinary (6/10). we were, however, most disappointed in the fries. home made fries, some golden brown and perfect but most were undercooked and the potato used was green under the skin - the kind we throw away at home when making fries. we ended up removing about 3/4 of thefriesfrom the plate. we would try it again for the pulled pork. but will stay away from the fries...
