great cheesesteak!. yes of all things, i think their cheesesteak is one of the best items on the menu (really thinly sliced pieces of beef yumm), and ofc their fries are amazing. great service - reasonable prices. though they recently changed their chocolate cake and its not nearly asgoodas their old chocolate cake -sigh.

good food we had dinner one night then we had dessert there a few nights later wasgoodthey even served us even thou kitchen was closed very nice staff andgoodprices try the crab dip you get a lot for the price i was surprised

frank and nics has a nice selection of beer. the food is verygoodespecially the wraps. the location near the stadiums is convenient but not as busy as other area bars.

ate here because it was close to our hotel and had prettygoodreviews. they were friendly and helpful with recommendations. i tried their crab cake appetizer which was good. i had not eaten crab cakes before so i don’t have anything to compare, but they were full of crab without any filler. also had the fried banana cheesecake for dessert...i was expecting fried bananas on a piece of cheesecake but it was cheesecake filling inside a tortilla and fried.

83% like it? my butt.... there is no way that 83% had agoodexperience here. our food was horrible and the service was terrible. we were there around 5:00 pm on a thursday so it's not like it was busy. my wife ordered her dressing on the side of her salad and the dressing did not come out for 15+ minutes after the sale came out and we had to track our waiter down. i had actually finished my entire meal before her dressing every came out. very disappointed since we look at this site regularly in hopes of findinggoodfood. definitely did not find it here!

terrific. we ate there last night with our two sons & everyone loved the food & had agoodtime. the blt is terrific & my husband had the scallop special, also excellent. the staff was friendly & helpful. the owner even came & said hello. great place, kid friendly and something for everyone.

a reallygoodfind. my 18-year-old niece and i went here for dinner this past sunday evening before heading to the hippodrome. the service and food were excellent and there was none of the big crazy crowd that you see at alewife, directly across from the theater. this is a wonderful alternative and will now become my go-to place for pre-theater dinners or for when friends come from out of town to attend games at the stadiums. frank & nic's is a short walk to everything! our service was excellent. i had mentioned to our host/wait staff that we were en route to the theater and asked if he could keep our time constraints in mind, which he absolutely did. the fries are to die for! keep this place in mind next time you are out and about downtown!

all true!. read the reviews and chose to eat here. service was quick, pleasant and efficient. when i ordered the grilled cheese the server smiled, and i said "yeah, i read the reviews". i was not disappointed... it was amazing... so decadent and delicious! the fries are great too! my son had the turkey reuben and loved it.goodsized portions... brought food home. will come back again!

in the neighborhood of stadium. this is agoodplace to eat if you find yourself in the neighborhood by the stadium and you're hungry and don't want to look for something else. grilled cheese with tomato and bacon is great, but service was slow on a sunday afternoon when the place was totally empty.

it's agoodplace to take the family before the game if you don't want to deal with the crowd from pickles. the food is delicious. staff is friendly.
