seriously?. i was visiting from out of town and staying at a local hotel a mile from flippers so i put in adeliveryorder. i was quoted 45 min, it took an hour, ok fine. however, the driver dropped the order off downstairs and had the drink wrong. still no huge deal. i got back up to the room and it turned out they gave me someone else's pizza. i called and they apologized and said they'd get our a fresh order out asap and get the drink taken care of too. nope. about an hour later, another poor driver had been sent out without any idea what the story was, just to get it out fast. however, they had sent him out with the same wrong drink and the pizza was closer, but still not right. i called again and they refunded my money, which i appreciate, but getting the order right the first (or second) time would have been so much better.

a local pizzeria serving the locals and international drive resorts. did not want to leave the resort and ordered a large pizza. there was a 45 min timeframe fordeliverybut came in a little over 30min which was good! 

the pros: pizza was warm and bread was doughy. good cheese-to-sauce ratio!
the cons: large looked medium size and can be inhaled by 1 person easily. for the 
size of the pie, the price was expensive, over $17+tip = $22

overall, an 'ok' pizza shop...

worst service ever 2nd time. i trieddeliveryfrom here once and it took over an hour. tried carry out tonight and i was over 40 minutes. part of my order was cold............part wrong. normally i give a place three strikes. but the rudeness of the order taker counted as the third strike. i know that customer service has become of thing of the past, but think girls attitude of "i'm busy and don't want to hear what you have to say............was over the top. and the end for me

two hour delivery. i will start by saying, i had been to this flippers location a few years ago for carry-out and thought the pizza was good. that experience led me to plan for and orderdeliveryon a saturday night.

i was on hold for a bit which made it clear they were busy. thedeliveryquote of one hour confirmed it. i didn't call to inquire about the status until an hour twenty had passed. i was told the pizza "just left" and given an apology. i called again twenty minutes later and told "it's leaving right now." when i called fifteen minutes later the manager took the line and after offering some apologies eventually got around to comping the order. the driver arrived right at the two hour mark.

the driver was very nice and apologetic and asked me to check the pizzas before he left. i was not surprised to find they were wrong. he offered to have them remade--i declined. it was nearly 10:00, my kids were falling asleep. he said he would have his manger call me and perhaps offer a credit or something (the pizzas were already comped). i tipped the kid and he was on his way. i never heard anything back from the manager.

the pizzas were pretty good. that was my experience the previous time as well, quite good, not great pizza. i really can't complain about the product, but it seems as if this flippers needs to get itsdeliveryand order accuracy act together.
