seriously?. i was visiting from out of town and staying at a local hotel a mile from flippers so i put in a delivery order. i was quoted 45 min, it took an hour, ok fine. however, the driver dropped the order off downstairs and had the drink wrong. still no huge deal. i got back up to the room and it turned out they gave me someone else's pizza. i called and they apologized and said they'd get our a fresh order out asap and get the drink taken care of too. nope. about an hour later, another poor driver had been sent out without any idea what the story was, just to get it out fast. however, they had sent him out with the same wrong drink and the pizza was closer, but still not right. i called again and they refunded my money, which i appreciate, but getting the order right the first (or second) time would have been so much better.
