deeeeee-lish!. this is another one of my favorites. thisplacehasn't changed in the 20+ years i have been coming here. i also love that it's the same people working here that worked here when i was in high school. i moved away from the burgh for 11 years and when i came back this was one of my first stops.

i also love how they remembered me even after all of those years!

bad service - pizza is ok. i tried thisplaceafter hearing how great their pizza is. well the pizza was ok, definitely not one of the best in pittsburgh. i ordered a large pizza with 3/4 pepperoni and 1/4 mushrooms. they loaded the mushroom on 2 of the 4 pieces that should have had mushrooms. as for the pepperoni i had to search around to find any. some slices had 1-2 pieces but most didn't have any pepperoni at all. as for the service, it's ranks among one of the worst i've seen. we waited nearly an hour for our pizza and theplacewas not that busy. it seemed like take out gets priority over eat in. after 35 minutes, i asked one employee to get an estimate how much longer our wait would be. she said she would check but never returned. 15-20 minutes later i asked another employee and this person actually checked for us. i definitely will not return to fiori's pizza.

from out of town, picked thisplacebased on reviews. it did not disappoint! pizza was delicious! not much space to park, not much seating, but totally worth it! they had that really good pepperoni! pizza was huge!!

this is how pizza should taste. thin, slightly crispy crust, good sauce, and lots of cheese. flavor galore. but prepare yourself; it is very greasy. just have a couple of slices to avoid feeling icky afterwards. if you wait too long to eat it, the grease will make the crust soggy. but you have to try thisplaceat least once, and taste it for yourself.

i guess it used to be good?. i usually gloat about how good fiori’s is and how no other pizza can be compared to them but the last time i went there was well not great. not good. not even okay at all. first off we got a small 8 cut pizza and it was 17$. that is insane. secondly, when we got the pizza out the cheese was ridiculously thick, cold(which we were early on picking it up) and nothing stayed on the pizza(cheese and toppings). it was a soggy piece of pizza with an inch of cheese that couldn’t stay on. i’m not used to this, i used to love thisplacebut i’m not paying big bucks for a crappy piece of pizza again.

love it. i am not sure what some of you people expect when getting pizza but i've seen some complaints about it being greasy. well just to remind you it's pizza. pizza is typically greasy.
anyway, amazing place. especially with the sausage. aawesome.

old-school, classic pizza!. this is an old-school pizza shop! i'm sure that many of the foodie-types who frequent yelp are going to dismiss this place, but having heard so much about it from my local pizza-loving friends about the pie at fiori's, i finally decided to stop and order a couple of pizzas to go while i was in the neighborhood. the sauce definitely isn't for everyone - it's a departure from the typical corporate pizza crap that everyone has gotten used to. but the sauce is interesting, and the crust is perfect. a little too much flour used when it was flown, but i'm guessing that's because theplacewas doing such a high volume of business. the pepperoni reminds me of the old mineo's pizza, small slices that curl up and produce little grease pools. wow, now that's the pepperoni i love, and definitely not the pepperoni you'll find at papa john's, or vocelli's, or domino's, or little caesar's, or pizza hut. this is the pizza of your youth - the pizza you remember your dad bringing home, complete with the relic-style pizza box. it's not in my neighborhood, and i'm lucky enough to live close to luciano's, but if i'm hungry and in the vicinity of fiore's any time soon, i won't hesitate to grab a couple more pies - maybe one for dinner and one for breakfast!

this is one of the 2 best pizza shops in pittsburgh (the other being slice on broadway in beechview)! authentic new york/philly style pie with great crust & awesome sauce which isn't too sweet. they do go a lil heavy on the cheese, but i don't really care too much about that. thisplaceis awesome!!!

it's good, but..... it's good, not great. went out of my way to try thisplaceout since my friends never shut up about it. i enjoyed it, but expected something outstanding and received something highly average. i would visit again if i found myself in the area.

ranks at the top of our pizza places list. this hole in the wall pizza shop at the bottome of a cobble stone hill does it one way, their way. fioris is still a family run pizza shop. it's cash only, order, pay and wait. standing room only is common. this byobplacehas a few tables and booths in it's "diner" style dining area. it's nothing super trendy or fashionable just functional.
we tried a large cheese and pepperoni pie. the sauce is sweet and thin, a change from ordinary sauces. it blended nicely with the cheese.
we knew, from friends, to ask for the "double crust" which is their thick crusted pizza. the standard crust is ultra thin and i see how it could dissappoint.
our table also ordered some meatballs as an appetizer and they were tennis ball sized and tasty.
we'll be back !

remembers when they were in bethel park. i grew up loving fiori's, though it was a bethel park location on rt. 88 near lytle rd. the thing i remember most from that time was their awesome steak hoagies. i haven't had one of those from this location, but i intend to see if they are still something to rave about.

the pizza is very tasty on two counts, and just "eh" on the third... i love the sweet sauce and cheese blend - these two things are awesome! (i don't always like such a sweet sauce on my pizza, but i *do* love fiori's when i get it.) but their dough leaves something to be desired. to me, it seems like one of those preformed pizza shells that you would get in the refrigerated section of the grocery store, and it reminds me also of middle-school cafeteria pizza dough. same thing - preformed shell taste..kinda bland, kinda dry.

it's been a while since we've been there, but we will try it again for the sauce, cheese, and maybe to try one of those steak hoagies. it's not theplacei have to go every time i want pizza, though.

not a fan.. i am from the west coast and have been looking for a great pizza. i read a lot of good things about fiori's and basically thought it was a sure thing. i was kind of disappointed. it wasn't the worst pizza i've had in this city, but it was maybe the most over rated. i'm having trouble in general finding a great pizza place, maybe pittsburgh just has different taste in pizza than i do.
the cheese was too thick. and it tasted kind of off anyway. i think it's a mix of cheeses, and i didn't love the flavor. it was also kind of greasy. and it was just a cheese pizza, it didn't have greasy toppings or anything.
i didn't mind theplaceitself. the employees were friendly, and i kind of liked how small and kind of run down it was. it has character. it's far from where i live though and unfortunately it didn't give me any motivation to go back.
again, it's not the worst. but it's not the best either. not in my opinion anyway.

good pizza but .... good (but over-rated) pizza. forgettable hoagies/sides .
really wish they'd offer delivery and accept debit/credit cards as payment ... there is no excuse for this , thisplaceclearly makes a million dollars a year, gross, i swear, i'm sure they can afford the fees .
an ex-gf who lives in dormont turned me onto the pizza a few years ago.
slice on broadway which is a mile away in beechview is better and they deliver and they take cards as payment . your move, fiori's .
