has now replaced vincent's (green tree) as my favorite pittsburgh pizza. staff is great, pizza was loaded with peppers, anchovies andcheeseand was ten bucks! yes, it is greasy, but if you are not in to that go eat some carrot sticks or something and stop complaining! bride of pinbot sitting over in the corner was an added attraction!!!

i guess it used to be good?. i usually gloat about how good fiori’s is and how no other pizza can be compared to them but the last time i went there was well not great. not good. not even okay at all. first off we got a small 8 cut pizza and it was 17$. that is insane. secondly, when we got the pizza out thecheesewas ridiculously thick, cold(which we were early on picking it up) and nothing stayed on the pizza(cheese and toppings). it was a soggy piece of pizza with an inch ofcheesethat couldn’t stay on. i’m not used to this, i used to love this place but i’m not paying big bucks for a crappy piece of pizza again.

love it. i am not sure what some of you people expect when getting pizza but i've seen some complaints about it being greasy. well just to remind you it's pizza. pizza is typically greasy.
anyway, amazing place. especially with the sausage. aawesome.

not enough room in my stomach. can't explain how great this pizza is. anyone who has tried this pizza and doesn't love it, are people i will never understand. people complain about parking, being overcrowded, and cash only.....my feeling is that its all part of the fun. you have to work a little harder for slices of heaven. i live in indianapolis and have family in brookline...went and painted my cousins house 8 months ago...took a week...went to the pizza at the bottom of the hill everyday. just mention fiori's in my house and everyones eyes glaze over and mouths water. sometimes i hate indianapolis. folks here have no idea what pizza is. look forward to trying the freshcheesesticks theve recently added to the menu. if you can get a seat, you have to eat it "in house". its all part of it. ive ate this pizza for 30 years...right after it was capitol ....and much before debaldo's...but my father says nothings changed...

best pizza anywhere!! really... used to live in brookline and dormont. always went to fiori's. i've lived in mcmurray for almost seven years and still drive up for a pie when i get time. no delivery, no credit cards, and no parking, no problem! open very late and always packed is your first sign it's the real deal. don't even need any toppings because thecheeseis greasy and awesome, the sauce is sweet and out of this world, and the powdery soft crust is perfect.. oh what a slice of heaven it is. i've had pizza all over the country and have yet to find one that can hold a candle to fiori's. bucket list best pizza=check!!!!

first timer...think that you need to eat the pizza "in house". i live about 40 minutes away and got my pie to go. was watching the cooks at work and every single pizza looked amazing out of the oven. got a largecheesepizza. these boys aren't stingy with thecheeseand i love them for it. the downer was it was so greasy. that means thecheeseis of sub par quality. as acheesehound i stand by my opinion. even if you blot, still way greasy. the bit of sauce i did taste was wonderful. it is on the sweeter side but i dig that. i agree with another who said they'll ask for extra sauce next time. the entire staff was very friendly on a packed line-to-the-door friday night. heads up they're cash only. also parking does suck. i recommend a partner in crime...one drives and the other runs in. will hit them up again before i say yay or nay. think it'll make a huge difference to eat my pizza at the shop.

guess i'm missing something?. my boyfriend (who is from ohio and has probably never had a real pizza) and i (who am sicilian-albeit a sicilian who likes dominos...yeah yeah i know...) disagree on this one. he loves it. me, well, i don't hate it. but i won't eat it. dominos thin crust is my favorite, but i'll be honest, i look at it as a food i like. not a real pizza, so don't let my opinion on that sour you on my review. i like all kinds of pizza, and will give any a shot.

everyone in town told us we had to try this pizza. why? they don't deliver. i have to go get it and by the time i get home (in 5 minutes) it's cold. the sauce is like a tomato paste consistency and thecheeseis questionable. it's thatcheesethat looks like plastic when it gets cold and never does melt again when you reheat it. i guess you can't fault them on how their product reheats...but it is pizza, and one appeal of pizza is leftover pizza, and often cold left over pizza and this one isn't good either way.

best ingredients? i doubt it. overrated for certain. try it, maybe you will like it, but if this is how pittsburgh does pizza, i'll pass.

some of the best pizza i've ever had. i'm not big on sauce but i'm definitely big oncheeseand they do it perfect. there's always the perfect amount ofcheesebaked perfectly on the pizza. all the toppings have always tasted fresh and the service is quick. keep up the good work.

best pizza in western pennsylvania. title says it all, i hae been all over, chicago, ny, south, and fiori's is easily top five i ever had, and easily either the best or second best in western pa. the few people on here that gave it a bad review really discount, they obviously have no taste buds. i do not know what they do different for those of you reading this that never been there. thecheeseis awesome, but looks like regular mozzarella. the sauce is different, but mind blowing different, nothing radical, just extremely well done. it carries through their menu as well. their hoagies are very tasty and their fries are top notch.

should be on a food network show it is that good. the cook there has amazing abilities, the food is always consistent, and the whole menu, while standard pizza shop fare, it amazingly well done. the ultimate well done pizza parlor.

family favorite. my dad has been going here for about 40 years, and i have been eating this since i can remember. there was even a hoagie named after my family for a while. the pizza is great, but it's not fancy. it's straight-forward. the sauce is sweet, the crust is crunchy, and thecheeseis greasy (like all pizza cheese). the hoagies and calzone are also good.

i will always love fiori's even when compared to other popular pizza places that i frequent, such as harry's pizza in mcmurray. we drive 20 minutes just to pick up fiori's, and it's worth it to us. :o)

best i've had in the burgh... so far. oh my what a pie. we got a large with some pepperoni and the thick crust option, which is basically 2 crusts on top of each other and it was very tasty. a thin, sweet sauce marries the pile ofcheeseextremely well. dabbing off some of the excess grease with a napkin my increase your life span. we also had some meatballs which were huge and tasty. the fried ravioli appetizer was just okay. for the $6 it cost i would definitely not order it again, but you could tell they were homemade and it was served with a nice bowl of sauce and some bread. i still have to make my rounds of famous pittsburgh pizza joints, but this is by far the best i've had so far and we will definitely be going back. something is to be said for eating in though. the atmosphere, smells, and the piping hot pizza delivered to your table beat take out any day.

ranks at the top of our pizza places list. this hole in the wall pizza shop at the bottome of a cobble stone hill does it one way, their way. fioris is still a family run pizza shop. it's cash only, order, pay and wait. standing room only is common. this byob place has a few tables and booths in it's "diner" style dining area. it's nothing super trendy or fashionable just functional.
we tried a largecheeseand pepperoni pie. the sauce is sweet and thin, a change from ordinary sauces. it blended nicely with the cheese.
we knew, from friends, to ask for the "double crust" which is their thick crusted pizza. the standard crust is ultra thin and i see how it could dissappoint.
our table also ordered some meatballs as an appetizer and they were tennis ball sized and tasty.
we'll be back !

remembers when they were in bethel park. i grew up loving fiori's, though it was a bethel park location on rt. 88 near lytle rd. the thing i remember most from that time was their awesome steak hoagies. i haven't had one of those from this location, but i intend to see if they are still something to rave about.

the pizza is very tasty on two counts, and just "eh" on the third... i love the sweet sauce andcheeseblend - these two things are awesome! (i don't always like such a sweet sauce on my pizza, but i *do* love fiori's when i get it.) but their dough leaves something to be desired. to me, it seems like one of those preformed pizza shells that you would get in the refrigerated section of the grocery store, and it reminds me also of middle-school cafeteria pizza dough. same thing - preformed shell taste..kinda bland, kinda dry.

it's been a while since we've been there, but we will try it again for the sauce, cheese, and maybe to try one of those steak hoagies. it's not the place i have to go every time i want pizza, though.

yummy! but greasy.... i love fiori's pizza. the taste is really, really good. i would think majority of people would like it since it's pretty neutral (not extra spicy, extra sweet, etc.). the amount of sauce andcheesewas absolutely perfect! i saw someone on here said there was too muchcheese- well, that's a compliment to fiori's! i hate when there isn't enough and i think fiori's has the sauce/cheese ratio perfected! we devoured the pizza. though, after i removed the box from my glass coffee table, i saw something dripping off the edge. i thought how could water of gotten on here, but it was grease! yuck - it leaked through the box and was draining off my coffee table. oh well... i don't know how it was so greasy because it didn't taste it, but it certainly was. i'm still going back there though... it is absolutely delicious and one of my favs! price is decent too! they don't commit pizza rape like a couple other places in town (mineos/aiellos).
