i went here together with my family for my lola’s 86th birthday, she honestly enjoyed it, the food, ambiance, service, and the peace and order inside the restaurant. this place is simply the best to have family dinner and relax, eat, and enjoy. 🤗 best italian resto!!!!

what i thought was an ordinary dinner date turned out to be romantic when my man brought me to one of his favorite restaurants in marikina—fino deli.

we ordered the lengua estofada and grilled sausages for the mains. the lengua comes with a side of mashed potato and veggies—the meat was tender and good. the mashed potato was just right. for the sausages, it also comes with mashed potato and salad—also good.

we also ordered mushroom risotto and it did not disappoint. they also serve complimentary bread.
for dessert, we had the panna cotta. topped with shredded chocolate. it wasn’t too sweet but it was just okay.

for the drinks, i tried their sangria. it comes as very refreshing, though i barely noticed the taste from the wine.

overall, i find the place affordable in spite of its ambiance that’s very elegant. it’s still a casual dining restaurant that has a fine dining vibe.

i've been craving to go experience marikina's food scene and i feel so lucky that a friend of mine recommended this gem of a place tucked in the center of marikina. the travel was relatively far but far worth it. here's why:

coming in, fino deli already boasts great ambiance that shows both class and comfortability. it might feel intimidating, as it already looks on par with fine dining restaurants but upon arrival you'll be welcomed with professional staff and nice seats surrounded by dimmed lights, wine cellars and the smell of amazing food.

we ordered two items:

cinqo queso pizza (p500) and truffle mac & cheese (p325). we're huge fans of aromatic food with cheeses as bases and fino deli takes it onto the next level with the cinco queso. you can really engulf yourself with the taste of the cheeses carefully chosen to prepare it to give you a pizza experience you just couldn't get anywhere. 

the truffle mac & cheese was very enjoyable too. it shows control coming from the knowledge that truffles with cheese can sometimes be overwhelming, and its recipe made sure that it stays both flavorful and aromatic without feeling too much.

imagine both incredible food paired with red wine. so yes, we truly did have an amazing time.

we came into fino deli for a quick dinner, and adding "quick" there was probably one of the decisions i regret the most as i wish i had time to drink the night away there. this though, definitely gives us a good reason to come back for a second time. or a third. or a fourth...

i must say i have been here a lot of times now. took some friends already and tonight with our kiddos. since my unica likes salmon fino deli is the right place to take her since there’s a few dishes in their menu. and she loved it. she can’t wait to go back to try the other dishes! me, particularly loved their gambas but tonight i didn’t order that coz i thought to try something else. they have varieties to choose from. pizza. pasta. chicken. salmon. pork. steak. and of course their different types of platter. they have a wine cellar and it’s pretty cheap considering. pair it with your cold cuts and cheese platter. i have tried their mushroom soup with truffle oil that was really good too. with drinks? they have different types as well, i can’t believed they have milkshake with wine??? strawberry and banana which i’m looking forward to try next time.
we liked the simple, cozy interior of the place and you can’t go wrong with the good service...always spot on!

here’s what we ordered tonight❤️

my husband usually doesn't enjoy italian food like i do, but this is a winner for him. so adding this to my list of favorite things. we loved almost everything; the gambas was garlicky but also with a twist of tomato we enjoyed. the pizza was perfect: love the bread, just enough toppings. the carbonara was tasteful and creative. the only dish we didn't enjoy was the spaghetti with meatballs. the sauce was delish. the issue we had was the meatballs. i can taste the breadcrumbs, not the meat. if the fix that, everything will be awesome!

this restaurant's service is lousy. everything took too long - the delivery of the food and flagging down the waiters. the main course came first before the appetizers and the drinks. we had to cancel some of what we ordered. no apologies or explanations from the staff is indicative that this is how it is in this restaurant. it's a shame because the food is really good.

delicious food, cozy ambience and great service! i recommend the cheese platter with rosé, honey cheese pizza, truffle mac & cheese and lemon cheesecake! 🧀🍕😋

when everything is perfect! everything we ordered were just simply incredible. truly, fino deli is marikina's secret gem. they have quite a good selection of wine, affordable and some were expensive.

we ordered:
gambas- spicy shrimp in white wine sauce (good for 2)
coldcuts and cheese #2 - gouda, salami with crackers and olives
lemon butter salmone - grilled salmon fillet with mashed potato and veggies (shared with hubby)
brownies a la mode- pure heaven of brownie topped with vanilla ice cream (got this free from booky)
castel starmina rośe- couldn't decide if we will just order a glass each but after they let us taste it first, we finally ordered a bottle. dry, savory with intense finish and aftertaste, we almost finished it (almost because hubby wasn't able to finish his) with alcohol content of 12.5% make sure that you're not driving far if shared by 2.

celebrate anything and everything under the sun in fino deli and you won't regret a bit.

this is a classy place for a romantic date, but could also be a fun family bonding time as well. we had a lunch on a sunday. parking is ok and the place is so peaceful and quiet.

the family enjoyed the back ribs and chicken kiev. my wife even enjoyed the complimentary bread with olive oil and vinagerrete. we will be back.

it’s my first time to eat and drink here. we went here for my co-teachers’ birthday. i was skeptical at first since i have never been a fan of wine, but i guess i had a change of heart today. 😊 they have a wide variety of food to choose from and they’re affordable! i also like the fact that most of they’re menu items are for sharing. i enjoyed all the food from the sausage platter to the pizza! and of course the alcohol! 💕

fino deli never fails to delight us everytime. i recommend salmon with pesto risotto, it's new on their menu and it is so goood. their risottos are perfectly cooked even on other dishes.

must, must, must: have a bottle of wine (they offer them at a very low price) and go for cold cuts and cheese platter.

favorites: cinco quezo and smoked salmon pizza, tomahawk pork chop and ribeye steak, truffle pasta

they also have well trained staff, very very kind and approachable. :)

this is our nth visit here and we are blown away with how good the food is each time we come here.

wine selection is very good - we always order this romanian cabernet sauvignon which is only about 600 pesos a bottle. very good price for very good quality wine

cold cuts and cheese selection also a+. we ended up ordering 2 platters consisting of manchego, truffle gouda, salame, prosciutto and jamon serrano

we had the 5 cheese pizza and all-meat pizza. at 500++ per order it seemed pricey but we were very happy - they were sooo good!

i had a salmon craving so i ordered the pesto risotto salmone. the fish was perfectly cooked and the bed of risotto went so well with it.

the restaurant itself is tastefully decorated with a spanish mediterranean family restaurant feel. the servers were very attentive.

this is truly marikina's hidden gem and the drive to get here is truly worth it.

unexpectedly i found this place in marikina. me and my partner are happy to celebrate our 8th monthsary. the food, the ambiance, and the staff delivered an international level of service. we will surely go back here with our friends 😊😊. a must try!

that’s the first description that came to mind when i think of fino deli.

the place looks intimidating at first as its ambiance is fine dining; with wine cellar, goblets and cheese display.

but their staff will make you feel at ease who were very accommodating and warm.

the sauce was just right. it had the right sweet and sour combination. the veggies were fresh and it also had prosciutto. a plate was good enough to share for 5 adults.
