love this place! we always go here for work luncheons and they always get our order right! never had a bad meal here.pizzais excellent!

whitepizzais soo good. they have a nightly special where your get yourpizzaalmost half off if you eat at the bar. its between certain hours. so every chance my husband and i get where we don't have the kids, we go there, each get our ownpizzaand a beer and ends up being less than $25. awesome deal!

tasty food but a few quirks-- cheesy onion garlic bread was made on a smashed sub roll... pretty small portion and didn't look very good, but did taste good. the marinara sauce and orzo pasta salad were great. meatball sub was pretty good but not a big portion, and the roll was too small for average sized meatballs so it was more like an open faced sandwich with bread underneath, making it hard to eat.. the pork sandwich with gruyere and apricot sauce was good but very little pork on the sandwich. i am still looking forward to going back to try pasta andpizzabecause the flavors are definitely there. the ambiance is great and so was our server.

poor customer service. worst visit ever!! half the seafood items were sold out or not available. management refused to substitute but quick to up charge because they ran out of items. had a party of 12 ( gratuity 18%) manually applied by wait staff on checks even after 4 guest had to reorder because "seafood" selection was low. if you want crappy service and overcharged for pasta and veggies.. you've picked the right spot!! leave seafood to the real restaurant.. stick topizzaand salad. chicken was dry, drinks were nasty, bacon was burnt.

they used to be a lot better.. it has been a while... and it will probably be a while... i had dinner here with a friend recently and can't say that i was to impressed. we sat at the bar, which was probably our own mistake. the dude who was the bartender that evening had a rotten attitude. i don't know if he had a bad day or is just a miserable soul in general but the guy was an ***.

we started off with some garlic cheese bread and my buddy ordered a salad. for my entree i ordered thepizzaspecial that evening which was a mexican pizza. my friend ordered creole ramano.

my app was fine and i didn't hear any complaints about the salad, our entree's weren't so hot. my mexicanpizzawas so thin and over cooked that it essentially crumbled as i was trying to eat it. the creole ramano came out frozen in the middle and was sent back. instead of putting it in the oven and letting it sit for a while they microwaved it and instead of being frozen in the middle it was just cold and mushy. it went back a 2nd time and was ultimately discarded.

all in all, a mundane experience. i expected better from fellini's and hope it's improved the next time i'm there.

i forgot something! i got the kahlúa chocolate mousse pie for dessert. it was heaven!! i will definitely be getting that again :-)

the atmosphere is nice and the servers and hostess were very friendly :-) i was a little disappointed in the food however. we ordered cheese bread for an appetizer and all it is is a sandwich roll with cheese on it smooshed together and cut into strips. if it were a fancy cheese and i can see paying $5.50 for it but it was just kind of sad. we got the shrimp and pestopizzafor dinner. the flavors were great but it was pretty oily. we will definitely go back because it's walking distance to our house but i might try the pasta next time :-)

warning!. do not order both a burger and a salad! both are freshly made and delicious, but both are huge and you will end up leaving part of your meal or taking a bit home with you. there are a number of intresting and creative types of burgers, but the plain burger with tomatoes, letttuce and mayo is my favorite, and it is huge. and it is tasty.

their pizzas are not the traditionalpizzarestaurant type pizza's. with all due respect to a group of people i sometimes admire, i refer to the fellini's pizzas as "yuppie pizzas." that does not make them any less delicious. my favorite is called, i think, the whitepizzaand it is a delicious combo of three white cheeses with a bit of olive oil and garlic to enhance the flavor. delicious! the spinachpizzawith garlic is also fantastic, as are the others i tried; there is a good choice, so you are bound to find one that appeals to you.

service has been good. the only drawback, so far as i am concerned, is that the restaurant is always really noisy, so carrying on a conversation is not always easy, but, if you are eating, there is no need to talk, right?

good atmosphere great pasta!!. i like itpizzais a little pricy but pasta dishes are incredible! pasta corleone -
linguini pasta with andouille sausage, green onions, fresh garlic, black olives & sun dried tomatoes blended into a spicy cream sauce.... in now a mainstay in my menu!

a norfolk classic.. i've been eating at fellini's for most of my life, and have never had a bad experience. thepizzais fine, but the pasta dishes are the real stand-outs for me. i'd particularly recommend the fettuccini alfredo and the seafood delecto. i do wish that they had a proper oil-based italian dressing instead of the creamny garlic stuff they use, but that's an excessively minor quibble. i really can't recommend this place highly enough.

great hole in the wall. the pasta corleone (sp) oh my god, probably not the heathiest pasta in the world but yummy.

the greek salad the absolute best i have ever had (i know you're probably saying who cares) i didn't either until i had one there they put a whole new spin on a greek salad.

thepizzaprobably the best i've had in virginia beach but i'm a fan of the garlic roll or garlic knot and they don't make it there so i can't give them the bestpizzaplace.

overall: great service, great history, great food, a bit on the pricey side and it's in a horrible neighborhood.

great!. some of the best italian food i've had in the norfolk area! not very expensive. thepizzai had was delicious. good service. you can tell that this is a mom-and-pop-shop type of place, with a great atmosphere.

not sure.... this is a nice little joint, but if you are going there forpizzaturn your ass around. i cannot comment on the rest of the food, but i can think of 5 places off the top of my head that have better pizza.

one of my all-time favorites but ... i love the food at fellini's - very tasty and a good value. my personal standy's are the tomato basil soup (so filling, it really could be an entree by itself) and manicotti. periodically they have a buffalo chickenpizzawith is my favorite "special." having said that, the service can be slow (our last server was awful) and the smoke has ended more than one dinner prematurely...

good food and atmosphere. if it wasnt for the smoking at the bar this would be one of my favorite places to eat. thepizzais some of the best in norfolk and the pasta,salads and sandwiches are good too.

service not so great but the food is superb. get the regularpizza- for $2 more it's literally twice the size of the small.
