we had sunday brunch here and the food was great! the french toast is some of the best i've had. the cuban had delicious flavor but the bread was a little on the hard side. overall friendlystaffand nice atmosphere. they stay busy so we did have to wait around 20 minutes for a table, but it was so worth it!

last night my fiancè and i decided to treat ourselves for dinner and we tried the farmer brown! the decor is so nice and cosy. they have a little garden outside where they grow they own food, so cute.
thestaffare so friendly and helpful. the food was amazing! so tasty and fresh! we shared the starter which was pulled pork taco and it was amazing, the meat was so tasty and right amount of flavours that matched well together.
i had chicken wings for main and my fiancè had farmer burger. both dishes came with the side of fries and we both had parmesan fries. everything was sensational. my chicken wings weren't too spicy and the fries were just right!
the burger was pretty amazing too and you could taste the fresh ingredients! my fiancè would have wished for more beer choices. i ordered homemade iced tea which was refreshing and not sugary.
the food is very filling and i think just the main course would have been enough, but still worth it haha

i love the homely atmosphere of farmer browns. it feels like you are in sitting in someone's living room. it is quite small so the two times i have been i had to wait between 10-20 minutes for a table but it's worth the wait!
the brunch menu is super tasty. i have gotten the starvin marvin (full fry) and the breakfast salad. both were extremely delicious. i am planning to go back to sample the other brunch items.
the service from thestaffis excellent, super friendly and attentive. for brunch lovers this definitely a place worth trying

at some point it's become a thing that we try to find somewhere great for brunch every sunday so we have been really looking forward to trying farmer brown's for ages. i always hesitated in going as i expected the queues to be huge and was unaware that it was really near to my house.

we decided to finally give it a shot yesterday and were really pleasantly surprised to be seated inside within 5 minutes of being there. the place is beautiful. everthing in there is cute and kitch, from the wallpapaer to the little tin mugs to the artwork for sale on the walls.
it's really colourful and thestaffall seemed really happy and friendly.
my mum and i both went for "the healthy option" on the brunch menu. i had smoked salmon while my mum had the crispy bacon. this comes along with 2 perfectly poached eggs, soda bread, mashed avocado and a pomegranate salad. it was a really delicious combination and unlike any usual big breakfast we didn't feel stuffed or uncomfortable afterwards. my boyfriend went for the eggs  benedict with a side of black pudding. this all looked great, especially the pudding which looks like it comes from a loaf that's made out of both black and white pudding.

it was a really great brunch experience overall and as it's a 5 minute drive from our house i have no doubt that we will be back here many more times.

wheeell, what can i say about this place? first off, theres’ a gorgeous dog waiting in the walk way to greet you when you come in which is a win any day in my book and, when i finally made it into the establishment to eat there were even more pleasant surprises to come!

a bright little spot tucked away in ballsbridge with a few outdoor seats for those of us partial to a little al fresco dining once the scorching irish summer reaches it’s peak 18 degrees. i’d heard great things about the farmer brown’s dinner options but decided to hit them up fro brunch figuring if the food is worth checking out, it should be good allllll day long.
marrying a penchant for eating out with trying to avoid piling on the pounds can be a tactful situation so i do occasionally choose one of those new hip healthy superfood meals for the dining out experience without the side order of guilt… the healthy breakfast was chosen on that premise but it was far from your standard cardboard muesli! sean went for his usual eggs benedict and was equally as impressed with his choice both visually and taste-wise.

his dish was the most beautifully presented eggs benny he’s (we’d!) ever seen… i think those dishes can often end up looking sloppy & unappetising but they stacked in a very visually appealing way adding extra colour to any otherwise yellow & brown dish. my meal was also almost too pretty to eat too with the effort on presentation not going unnoticed.

the atmosphere was great, staffwere lovely and the food was divine.. this place should be the next brunch spot on your list.

the food here is invariably simple but well-prepared and high-quality, and thestaffare efficient, relaxed, and pleasant to deal with.  their breakfast salad is one of the more unique offerings, and has become my go-to weekend brunch treat. consistency (consistent excellence!) in a world gone mad, and highly recommended.

went here recently with much anticipation as i had heard good things but i was unfortunately disappointed. although the restaurant had a nice setting and friendlystaffi was disappointed with my brunch. i think this restaurant has hiked up its prices as a result of its reputation and it is definitely not worth it. there is nothing particularly wrong with the food but i don't feel like it's worth it!

i have only two words for you that describes this place. breakfast salad. it is the most epic post-hangover brunch option ever. when accompanied with their homemade lemonade and a coffee, it is one of my favourite brunch haunts. and thestaffare so lovely too, even when run off their feet, which really makes all the difference.

absolutely fantastic spot for brunch and to cure a hangover on the weekend! the starvin' marvin' is a mountain of food and more than enough to fill you. thestaffare really nice and helpful and it's a great atmosphere at weekend. the dinner menu is good but doesn't match up to the quality of the brunch

this is my absolute favourite place to brunch in dublin! i can't describe how amazing the french toast with a side of bacon is.. and it is absolutely huge! the starvin marvin is also a fantastic choice off the menu and as the name suggests, is the perfect choice if you are starving because it is massive. i don't think i've ever finished one!
the decor in farmers browns is really cute and thestaffare always so friendly and welcoming.. a really quirky homey place! i've only been for dinner once and really enjoyed that too! can't fault this place at all! their sweet potato fries are also amazing.. a little on the small size so id book ahead to avoid disappointment !

i've yet to eat at farmer brown's for dinner, but i've been told that it's good value and tasty. if the brunch is any indication, then i'm confident of a return visit. yes, the interior is cosy, a little too cosy perhaps, but thestaffare the right side of chatty friendly, the food is quality and the prices are friendly. surprisingly, the shabby chic decor works very well. i didn't look at the walls very closely, but i wouldn't have been surprised the see the holy trinity of dev, jfk and jpii looking down on the diners.
