love this place, their lunch is delicious from their interesting sandwiches which are so filling u won't need dinner, to their delicious homemade slaw and sauces u won't be disappointed. dinner is also delicious, with bring your own options, they do the most amazing chocolate fudge brownie special deserts, they vary it up but all are top notch for chocolate lovers. finally tried their brunch now too and it was huge! i went for thebreakfastsalad which was very tasty while my mum had the healthy option which came with poached eggs, avo smash and bacon! was delicious!

i've heard nothing but good things about farmer browns, and always admired their food garden out front when passing by, so after a long wait i finally made it in for some lunch the other day. the lunch menu has a great selection with soups, salads, some good looking sambos, burgers, and an all daybreakfastif that's what you're after. the place was hoppin', so we just about managed to get a seat outside in the covered, heated area. i went for the beef burger and was pretty happy with my choice. there were two patties of meat, cheese, roasted red pepper, and a huge portion of sweet potato fries to compliment it. an absolute feast of a lunch. the guy at the table beside me was eating a white chocolate brownie which i was very tempted to get for dessert, but unfortunately i was just  too full by the time i'd cleaned my plate to handle it... next time! lovely little spot, friendly and efficient service, i'll definitely be back.

i love the homely atmosphere of farmer browns. it feels like you are in sitting in someone's living room. it is quite small so the two times i have been i had to wait between 10-20 minutes for a table but it's worth the wait!
the brunch menu is super tasty. i have gotten the starvin marvin (full fry) and thebreakfastsalad. both were extremely delicious. i am planning to go back to sample the other brunch items.
the service from the staff is excellent, super friendly and attentive. for brunch lovers this definitely a place worth trying

at some point it's become a thing that we try to find somewhere great for brunch every sunday so we have been really looking forward to trying farmer brown's for ages. i always hesitated in going as i expected the queues to be huge and was unaware that it was really near to my house.

we decided to finally give it a shot yesterday and were really pleasantly surprised to be seated inside within 5 minutes of being there. the place is beautiful. everthing in there is cute and kitch, from the wallpapaer to the little tin mugs to the artwork for sale on the walls.
it's really colourful and the staff all seemed really happy and friendly.
my mum and i both went for "the healthy option" on the brunch menu. i had smoked salmon while my mum had the crispy bacon. this comes along with 2 perfectly poached eggs, soda bread, mashed avocado and a pomegranate salad. it was a really delicious combination and unlike any usual bigbreakfastwe didn't feel stuffed or uncomfortable afterwards. my boyfriend went for the eggs  benedict with a side of black pudding. this all looked great, especially the pudding which looks like it comes from a loaf that's made out of both black and white pudding.

it was a really great brunch experience overall and as it's a 5 minute drive from our house i have no doubt that we will be back here many more times.

wheeell, what can i say about this place? first off, theres’ a gorgeous dog waiting in the walk way to greet you when you come in which is a win any day in my book and, when i finally made it into the establishment to eat there were even more pleasant surprises to come!

a bright little spot tucked away in ballsbridge with a few outdoor seats for those of us partial to a little al fresco dining once the scorching irish summer reaches it’s peak 18 degrees. i’d heard great things about the farmer brown’s dinner options but decided to hit them up fro brunch figuring if the food is worth checking out, it should be good allllll day long.
marrying a penchant for eating out with trying to avoid piling on the pounds can be a tactful situation so i do occasionally choose one of those new hip healthy superfood meals for the dining out experience without the side order of guilt… the healthybreakfastwas chosen on that premise but it was far from your standard cardboard muesli! sean went for his usual eggs benedict and was equally as impressed with his choice both visually and taste-wise.

his dish was the most beautifully presented eggs benny he’s (we’d!) ever seen… i think those dishes can often end up looking sloppy & unappetising but they stacked in a very visually appealing way adding extra colour to any otherwise yellow & brown dish. my meal was also almost too pretty to eat too with the effort on presentation not going unnoticed.

the atmosphere was great, staff were lovely and the food was divine.. this place should be the next brunch spot on your list.

the food here is invariably simple but well-prepared and high-quality, and the staff are efficient, relaxed, and pleasant to deal with.  theirbreakfastsalad is one of the more unique offerings, and has become my go-to weekend brunch treat. consistency (consistent excellence!) in a world gone mad, and highly recommended.

i went for brunch last weekend and can honestly say that i can't believe i've never been before. amazing food- we tried the burger, club sandwich andbreakfastsalad (basically a fry in a salad-amazing!). what makes this place even better is the restaurants dog, scone, to keep you company while you wait for your food :)

i have only two words for you that describes this place.breakfastsalad. it is the most epic post-hangover brunch option ever. when accompanied with their homemade lemonade and a coffee, it is one of my favourite brunch haunts. and the staff are so lovely too, even when run off their feet, which really makes all the difference.

seriously impressed by this hidden gem! went for an early brunch this morning, and ordered thebreakfastsalad (far from your usual salad!), filled with sausage, pudding, bacon, poached egg and a side of their amazing bread. a fry like meal which didnt leave me feeling overfull, yet i was very satisfied. also ordered a portion of their sweet potatoe fries and was extreeemely impressed!! im usually very picky about sweet pot fries, but these were perfectly cooked, and the aioli sauce was to die for. amazing coffee, and lovely place in general. service was a biiit slow, but the food was so good it cant be flawed.

arguably the best brunch in the city centre…. well that i have had anyway. gorgeous! thick slices of bed. perfectly poached eggs… nice crispy bacon…. devine. its all devine! especially if it’s a sunny day you can sit outside and start the day the right way. there is even abreakfastsalad which is amazing. they really pull it off . i’m getting hungry thinking of it. not cheap – but you get what you pay for ….. i cant recommend enough. if you haven’t had your brunch here…. make it your business. they do dinner also and i keep meaning to go – its on the to do list.

the pulled pork burger that they used to do here was insanely good, used to frequent at least twice a week because of it. last time i was in they didn't have it, which was disappointing, but the open chicken sandwich or starvin marvinbreakfastare both nice alternatives.
