i visited this restaurant on my trip to manipal for the live match screening. we ordered various items like burgers chillycheesefries and chicken wings. they were very good and quantity was great prices were in good range. overall i liked the place very much. negatives - the songs were being played very loud and also for non alcoholics very few options available in drinks.

eye of the tiger is one place where i love to spend money and i go to or order from atleast once every month. my all time favourite dishes are the pesto fish, dilregano fish, thecheesefries, the coffee brownies and the durban bunny chow. i dont like their pastas as much, but their mac andcheeseis good. their mocktails and cocktails are something to really try, they're very innovative and interesting, especially the spicy aam ras. they serve great starters and soups (especially, the french onion soup) too. i haven't really tried the salads and the indian food there, but they must be good. also, their dessert with coconut icecream is delicious.
i have tried their sunday buffet lunch too. i didn't like everything there but it was worth the money. they have live counters for eggs and pasta, each.
it is a good place to go for a night when you want to treat yourself or your friends. if your family is in town, you should take them here. it would be worth your time and money.

we visited this place for the second time yesterday. one of the places which has good variety in manipal.

1. chillycheesefries : this is a must have in this place. fries with masala combined with meltedcheesewill leave you wanting for more. the quantity given was very good. 5 of us got a good eat out of it. the best part of this dish is that , the fries retained their crunchiness even after so much meltedcheeseinside.

2. shredded lamb with pepper : this was an excellent dish as well. well cooked lamb combined with a sweet and sour sauce was a hit. this combo also had a strong hit of pepper as the name suggests. the slightly crunchy veggies added a great texture to the dish as well.

3. chicken kebab: nothing special about this dish. usual kebab cooked with a mild masala.. a good dish indeed

now we were thinking that it was going well until the fried rice arrived.

we had ordered chilly garlic chicken and prawn fried rice and schzwn prawn fried rice. all three dishes were blande and had no flavour. the meat put inside(chicken and prawns) were too light in flavour almost as if we couldn't feel it. the slight smoky flavour that you would expect from a fried rice was absent. the burnt garlic that was added to the dishes was sticky and didn't really go well on the pallete. all three dishes were a let down.

overall an okayish experience. but you should visit this place for their excellent starters

lemme guess, a student in manipal?? if you've been to manipal and you don't happen to go at eott, then you've missed a whole lot if fun my friend.
the place is located just besides manipal, rickshaw stand on the 4th floor. this convenient location makes it a huge crowd spot.

the ambiance of the place is splendid. it has songs, hard rock, metal, matches going on always. it has a extremely lively atmosphere that inturn enhances your dining experience.
the place serves mocktails, and nearly all types of cuisine, it has a bar too.

appetizers: thecheesefries were crispy, salted fried, fried hot right away from the frier. the fried where the covered with melted hot mozerella and processed cheese.

entrées: both the rice and the noodles were simply up to the mark. they were a perfect mix of all the ingredients with the most adequate amount of spice blend.

mocktails: the mocktails and the drinks were served perfectly chilled and tasted better than anything.

food quality: 10/10
there is no question about the food quality. it is absolutely top notch. the food served is simply great.

ambiance: 10/10
the ambiance of the place is superb, it keeps one's mood just going up and up. ambiance is perhaps the best feature of the place. there also a number of competition going on at eott, a drinking competition or a fried spicy chicken wings competition. you've got a energetic crowd cheering for the match being played, which is displayed using a huge screen. the place us lively enough to help a man forget about his sorrows.

quantity & pricing: 8/10
one might say, eott is a place one might wanna visit at the beginning of his month salary;(end of the month is not advised). but yes even if the pricing is a little more than compared to the other restaurants, the quality of food and the ambiance compromise for it

staff: 9/10
the staff, is really helpful and guides you out through the menu. however, is you happen to visit on a week end you might have to wait for a minute or two.

from my overall experience, i would like to say, eye of the tiger is the place🥰

absolute must if you're in manipal. the ambience is like any other good pub. the music is good. the food is great. nothing lacking in the alcohol department. probably one of the most expensive places in manipal, but worth every penny. try their baos and personal favorites are their chillycheesefries and the cajun chicken sandwich.

this place is far too overrated! the wings are pretty amazing and so are the chilicheesefries. also, a few more starters such as veg galouti kebab, etc. i absolutely couldn’t stand their italian dishes. the best part about this place is their ambience!

well my experience was okay...
the look of the restaurant is top notch. one of the best looking dining place in manipal and udupi.. its crazy. the lightings are dim to maintain its class. best for getting your date here and also for casual and family dining.. staffs are really cooperative.

it was okayy not that great for my taste.. it had kheema in it so i dont prefer kheema. it was okay better than other places obviously

this one iam talking about.. it was really delicious.. that meltedcheeseon top fries was so tempting and taste was delicious. i actually was half full after eating it
3. acchari paneer tikki
the masala was really good.. veg people will really like it.
