i hadlunchon a not-busy saturday, and ordered an eggplant sandwich. the side salad it came with was unremarkable, with one cucumber slice, a few red onion pieces, and croutons. the blue cheese dressing was fine, but contained no discernible blue cheese pieces. the sandwich itself was a disappointment. the breaded eggplant was beautiful brown on one side, and burnt on the bottom- badly burnt. i was surprised it was allowed out of the kitchen. in addition, the eggplant was watery and not consistently cooked through. during a busy service, i'd allow leeway for a busy kitchen. but on a slow day... for these prices, i expect higher quality- especially for something as simple as a sandwich.
