with estiatorio milos, you take the good with the bad. unfortunately for us, there was more bad then good. my party of 5 arrived around 8:30 and were seated in about 15 minutes. (it was a sunday) the servers were all very nice and friendly and the food was quite good. we ordered the calamari for an appetizer (really good) and two whole fishes, a black bass and a red snapper, to be split among us. all the food was delicious and well made. i wish the review could end there, but that is not the case. the service was just too inconsistent. after being seated, we waited 10 minutes just to be greeted. then another 15 minutes to get water. we still hadn't received even a menu! the servers, while extra friendly, waste too much time describing their "viewing menu" and how the restaurant acquires the fish. plus, they would disappear for long stretches of time. and the food just takes too long to get to the table. time is not a priority to this restaurant. everything just takes too long. plus, it is very over priced. each whole fish was about $150 and don't get me started on a small plate of grilled vegetables for $18. great food, friendly staff, and a nice setting...just prepare to leave with an empty wallet and a few hours later than you planned.

best lunch on the strip. this restaurant is considered to be one of the best greek restaurants in north america and was recently selected as the best new restaurant by the las vegas weekly. a $20.11 3-course lunch is offered which has to be the best dining deal on the strip since commanders palace closed albeit martinis will set you back a lot more than 25 cents.

the restaurant is large, open and very impressive, but the day was too perfect to sit inside so we opted for the semi enclosed patio that overlooks the strip and citycenter. we received grilled bread along with evo to start. we then shared the xortopita appetizer (housemade phyllo stuffed with greens, herbs, feta, greek yogurt and salumi). our second appetizer was a greek meze plate that was truly "amezing"; four spreads (taramasalata, tzatziki, htipita and manouri cheese) along with a stuffed grape leaf, olives and cherry tomatoes. each spread was delicious, but the spicy hitipitia, made from roasted red pepper, feta and other tasty delights, was pure joy.

ann chose the honjake salmon which was a bit underdone to suit her taste, but delicious while i opted for the whole lavraki, a farm raised sea bass known in italy as branzini or branzino, which was finished simply with evo and capers. the finale of the feast was a slice of walnut cake and a delicious yogurt martini, greek yogurt topped candied oranges. service throughout our meal was perfect and one of the chefs stopped by our table a few times to make sure we were enjoying our meal and answer any of our questions.

outstanding restaurant. having read some of these bifurcated reviews, we were nervous about what to expect - but i must tell you - the restaurant was amazing. we are regular guests of some of the best greek restaurants throughout the world - and this place is right up there. service was outstanding, aaron the gm and his 2i.c. sarah were terrific, chris the sommelier was a great credit to the restaurant, perfect service from neil who was extremely knowledgeable; ambience superb and the food excellent right round. a definite 9 out 10 in our books and i suggest you try it. better book though - we used opentable.com

milos las vegas suuuuucks!! they did not have many items on their small lunch menu and tried to blame others for their lack of good management! zuma and scarpetta were both amazing and had all items listed on their menus. milos did not tell us until after we sat and looked over the menu that they did not order their fish in time as well as their crab and yogurt! buyers beware!’ the good that did come was marginal at very best! come on milos!! get it together or wait to open! do not burn your customers to try and stay a float!!

good food, but incredibly horrible customer service. i tried to order a $29 combination lunch, but i cannot eat dessert because of sugar. i asked if they would substitute a salad (costs under $1 to make), and the waiter refused. i said that i would order a $58 lamb entree, but i can’t have french fries that come with it and could they substitute a salad. their best offer was undercooked boiled broccoli. and the entree for $58 was three 2-ounce lamb chops. insane!!! by saving $1 instead of keeping me happy, they stood their ground and lost all my future business. i also plan to tell everyone i meet about my terrible experience here.

a beautiful restaurant situated at the cosmopolitan hotel. excellent ambience, the interior was designed with class. friendly waiters with attentive service.

we went for a $29 per person lunch menu (but additional cost applied on a few upgraded dishes i.e the lobster)

the octopus on potato was softly chargrilled and well flavored. the grilled sea bream was quite disappointing, the meat smelled fishy and was very bland. the grilled lamb was cooked just right and nicely spiced. the lobster spaghetti was excellent, chewy pasta blended with a tasty tomato sauce and good portions of lobster meat.

all desserts were pretty average. i was especially disappointed with my fruit platter, it's not even a proper dish, just some fruits arranged on a plate.

if you don't plan to spend supplementary, i highly not recommend going for the $29 lunch menu!

taste: 8/10
presentation: 9/10
service: 10/10
ambience: 10/10
value for money: 8/10

$50 per person (excl alcohol)

food was excellent but service was rushed. all three courses arrived at the table almost simultaneously after specifically stating we were in no rush. next time i will order each course individually to control the pace. a coffee and bailey's cost $20 bucks?!

the ambiance was clean (all in white), fresh foods on display over ice (fish and produce). staff were all very attentive. wine we had was good. prices for wine are on the high side. the appetizers ordered were the octopus, tomato salad, greek platter. all three delish. my fav's were the octopus & salad. main courses: lamb chops, sea bass, and chicken with pita. all were really tasty. my fish was very moist. dessert was really yummy.

we had a group of 4 for dinner and it was excellent. going to the fresh fish area, selecting the fish for our "rock salt" preparation... the experience, the ambiance, everything combined made for a great dinner

the food was great
the service was helpful, prompt and polite

milos is definitely a plus in helping me opt to stay in cosmopolitan more often

four stars: undoubtedly a lunch bargain, particularly given its location and dinner time price, estiatorio milos is one of the rare places where refined food can still be found for lunch on las vegas boulevard – a veritable steal for the $25.15 three-course prix-fixe price (excluding upgrades) in pleasant environs that feels miles away from sin city or the casino floor.

wish i went for lunch. dinner was super expensive thats saying a lot from me. and the only reason i say that is because everyone raves about the lunch menu with the same great food at a discounted price. next time.

lunch worth the price, but not outstanding. we visited for the $22.13 three-course lunch special which, while still definitely worth the price, did seem to confirm some of the reports we had heard that the quality had gone slightly downhill.

the service wasn't particular good, with our waiter being a bit brusque and hard to find at times.

our appetizers were excellent, my meze plate and my wife's scallop both being worth getting. and my wife loved her dessert yogurt.

the main courses were a letdown, though. the lobster pasta was not worth the supplemental charge, with the flavor of the lobster getting lost in the tomato sauce, while my grilled bass was a bit on the oily side.

while it was a good meal, neither one of us were clamoring for a future return trip.

tasty flavorful food. great lunch, fish had quite a few bones in it, but the waiter warned me of this beforehand. ended up being an $80 lunch for 2 people with the wine pairing, reasonably priced and full of flavor.

phenomenal 3 course lunch $25.15 perfect simply prepared daily fresh flown in fish three course lunch. for only $25.15. i started with the nova cream sandwich. for my main course i picked the lavraki. it was a whole fish just a little high end greek olive oil salt and pepper lemon and a few capers very simple but prepared perfect and came with a little broccoli. for dessert i got a beautiful assortment of fresh fruit. a another favorite. this truly is one of the very best values in las vegas. if you like fresh seafood you won't find better for the price.

slight update. the 3 course lunch is still amazing but the price goes up a little every year.
