it was a sunday night but there were tables taken inside and outside so it wasn’t a slow evening. the manager andbartender had to wait tables so service was slow. we opted to get drinks ourselves many times because a waitress was no where to be found. the “manager” told us she knew nothing about the kitchen, nothing about the point of sale system, and nothing aboutbartending. i’m not real sure what she was “managing”. she was nice but running from one end to another because they were totally understaffed. because of all of this i kept my ordering simple. burger and fries. it took a long time but it looked good. it’s nola, for god sake season your food when you are cooking! people go to nola expecting good food and you give me bland sad beef on a bun. the waffle fries were great though. not an all around bad place, just poorly managed.
