we went 3 consecutive nights for family birthday celebrations and we were very very happy!!bin the manager is very helpful and i have to commend him for being so utterly professional. my son has a disability and the staff were inclusive and friendly to him.. very touching for me to see this. the food, wines andservicewere all amazing. i highly recommend elements, bin and staff.. they are all fabulous!!

unbelievable dinner experience. best steaks. theservicewas very friendly. their rib eye is one of the best steak i have ever had. highly recommended!!!

firstly let me just say thank you for the amazing night the food was amazing the ribs & steak was cooked to perfection 😍😍 , theservicewas exceptional the staff and managers go above and beyond to satisfy . such a lovely vibe and environment would definitely be back .

well for me it was mostly theservicethat was not up to the mark. firstly, the servers didn't know where table numbers were so they were just walking and wondering around carrying plates of food. so when your food gets to your table, it was cold.

secondly, i ordered sirloin steak, medium rare, which was recommended by one of the server. when it came out, it came out medium to well-done. so i sent it back to the kitchen.and almost 15-20mins later, someone finally came out to ask me what was wrong with my steak.

finally, not sure if they could not handle large crowds or not, but we sat there all night with empty bottle of water and drinks, wanted to order more drinks but just simply could not get any servers attention.

had the best night with my partner at element! best food and even better customerservice👍. highly recommend!!!!

the overall experience was great, theservicestaff was very attentive and explained the menu well for our first time visit. steaks was awesome and the portion is surprisingly big. restaurant ambiance is charming.

it’s our anniversary today. both i and my husband are very happy. excellent attentiveserviceand amazing food! richest flavour, definitely the best dishes i have ever had! we enjoyed the meal. thank you very much!

few days ago and had a fantastic experience each time.servicewas exceptional. food was amazing and have totally loved every dish. the ambience is also really lovely and feels like a special experience. highly recommended!! we'll be back again, and again.

went here last night with my boyfriend and absolutely loved the food and theserviceprovided by the boss!

we had the signature steak on stone, rump steak and the deviled chicken and chorizo smoked burger. we don’t often finish all our food but demolished the whole lot.

it was a little busy but the food came out quickly and theserviceprovided by the boss and bar staff made our meal worthwhile.

we’ve already raved about this place to our friends and will definitely be coming back. definitely an 11/10 experience!

fantastic valentines day dinner. the 7 course menu was perfect. greatserviceand ambience. you guys are the best restaurant in sydney. great pastas and steaks.

this has become our go to restaurant now. food is great andservicenever fails. their tomahawk steaks are the best i have had. order it a day before and they slow cook it for you. its unreal!!

place:
located on palmer street, darlinghurst, little gem for local to have a good quality steak, and specializing on dry age meat.
they put on display, process of aging meat on temperature & humidity control fridges.

service:
above and beyond!
maybe they are not expecting busy wednesday night, only 2 people serving ( 1 of them is owner, i’m assuming) and total of approximate 20-25 people dine in on that night.

we had party of 3 plus 1 kid and next table, party of 10, and couple of table for 2.servicea little slow however we don’t event mind it, because of of the guy constantly checking on every table and have a nice little chat with us.

food and drink:
white sangria to share, nice refreshing and delish!

spicy squid ink pasta was delicious, enough heat but not overpowering, you can see chunks of rice tomato too sautéed together.

steak and ribs combo:
sous vide beef ribs was awesome, we are keep saying how tender it was and the glaze of their home made sauce was sticky, finger licking good!
recommended to everyone whom are beef eater.
sirloin to me a little tough, but taste was good.

sides was awesome, my favorite among all of side i’ve try was the mashed potato with nutmeg and mascarpone cheese.

strawberry cream brûlée was slightly expensive, for the size they are serving,
i’m not complaining here, but they can upgrade the size a little bit more.
served with strawberry liquor and fresh strawberries.

finally coffee!
picollo was cute and serve in tiny glass, i’m guessing 4 oz, slightly smaller than regular picollo glass.

it was a great dining experience.
oh, they give my nice free scoop of ice cream too.😁

had an amazing dinner with a groupon voucher. the burgers were amazing and most importantly theservicewas awesome. our server was attentive with a sense of humor and so great at recommending from the menu. would love to come back here again!

had sunday lunch there last weekend. theservicewas great but the food and beers were a disappointment . . .to say the least. firstly of the 8 beers they had on tap they had sold out of all but 2 - a lemon lime beer and a stout. the only bottle beer they had was corona - skipped the beers and ordered wine. pre ordered the 1.2kg tomahawk steak the day before so that it would be slow cooked for 24 hours. what arrived looked great, but when it was cut there were large pieces of raw, unrendered fat, which was unexpected if it was pre-cooked. they provided a stone to help cook it more but this proved ineffective so they took away what was left and attempted to re-cook it. the thrice cooked chips (read wedgies) were also undercooked on the inside, although very crispy on the outside.
the duck fat potatoes were very nice, pity about the rest.
