well for me it was mostly the service that was not up to the mark. firstly, the servers didn't know where table numbers were so they were just walking and wondering around carrying plates of food. so when your food gets to your table, it was cold.
secondly, i ordered sirloin steak, medium rare, which was recommended by one of the server. when it came out, it came out medium to well-done. so i sent it back to the kitchen.and almost 15-20mins later, someone finally came out to ask me what was wrong with my steak.
finally, not sure if they could not handle large crowds or not, but we sat there all night with empty bottle of water and drinks, wanted to order more drinks but just simply could not get any servers attention.
