disappointed. i normally d.... disappointed.
i normally don't do mexican but thisplacecame highly recommended. i dint know why. the margarita was all mix, had to send it back. the vegiterian a dinner was also a disappointment. the re fried beans used in the recipe were more like a watery paste. the enchilada tasted like a frozen dinner warmed up in the micro wave.
don't think i'll return.

delicious, fast, good enough. i love el toro bravo ... it's 10x better than any chain mexican restaurant. it's not the cleanest joint, but that adds to the appeal. it's fast. it's affordable (though the prices have gone up recently), and it's food that will fill you up and allow you to leave smiling. it's definitely worth the stop. and there's no betterplacein annapolis ... do not be misguided by that.

i've had great mexican food in the southwest us and thisplacereminds me of the food there. very delicious eats!

disgusting food with a crap service. i can't believe anyone even recommends this place. this was some of the worst mexican food i've had in a long time. the only explanation i can find for why thisplacegets good reviews is due to the fact that their margaritas get you so drunk you could care less about what you are eating. our server was rude, unaccommodating and brought the wrong food and incorrect drinks to our table. if you like mexican food that tastes like taco bell (watered down mexican food for fat americans) enjoy this crap restaruant.

love this place!. not only is the food homestyle and delicious, the margaritas are unbeatable (be careful of more than one - they're quite strong). the staff is friendly and energetic. it's a greatplaceto go for a casual date, or a dinner out with friends. enjoy!!!

very good service and very very good food. the chips, salsa, and guacamole are amazing! the even talked in some spanish to me which was a nice addition to the feeling of the place. don' t go late without a reservation though because we didn't get a seat until 9 pm and at that time it's very loud! the bar in the back kind of makes theplacethat way. i would suggest going earlier in the day or getting a reservation.
