i tried ordering for lunch with my co-workers and was shocked that the web site menu prices were increased by upwards of $3 when i called the order in.  i informed them of the website prices and they did not budge. i asked them if they would grant me the prices provided on the website and he politely said thanks for calling,goodbye.

delicious, fast,goodenough. i love el toro bravo ... it's 10x better than any chain mexican restaurant. it's not the cleanest joint, but that adds to the appeal. it's fast. it's affordable (though the prices have gone up recently), and it's food that will fill you up and allow you to leave smiling. it's definitely worth the stop. and there's no better place in annapolis ... do not be misguided by that.

keep on walking. drinks are grossly overpriced even by west street standards. the food is flavorless and does not come anywhere close to eithergoodmexican food,goodtex-mex, orgoodcali-mex. there is somegoodauthentic latin food to be found in the area (primarily salvadoran), and you'd be better served to find one of those spots.

disgusting food with a crap service. i can't believe anyone even recommends this place. this was some of the worst mexican food i've had in a long time. the only explanation i can find for why this place getsgoodreviews is due to the fact that their margaritas get you so drunk you could care less about what you are eating. our server was rude, unaccommodating and brought the wrong food and incorrect drinks to our table. if you like mexican food that tastes like taco bell (watered down mexican food for fat americans) enjoy this crap restaruant.

verygoodservice and very verygoodfood. the chips, salsa, and guacamole are amazing! the even talked in some spanish to me which was a nice addition to the feeling of the place. don' t go late without a reservation though because we didn't get a seat until 9 pm and at that time it's very loud! the bar in the back kind of makes the place that way. i would suggest going earlier in the day or getting a reservation.
