horrible. worst mexican restaurant! i was there with a large group for over 2 hours and left without eating. the waiter had a huge attitude and wanted to argue with me because i would not accept my meal to go after asking three different times "where is my food?" !!! margarita was weak...can't speak on any other menu items since i didn't get the opportunity to actually eat. do yourself a favor and go to acapulco in milford or fairfield if you wantgoodmexican food, excellent margaritas and friendly, efficient waiters!!! i stopped at acapulco in milford on my way home and got my lunch to go !!!

one of my favorites in blue ash, i really enjoy having a drink at the bar and then eating on the terrace. the food is fantastic andgoodportions for the money. the owner sammy takes pride in his restaurant and it shows, its very clean and the staff is very accommodating. try the owners family brand of tequila..."dos oros".

best in the city!. if you want realgoodmexican el pueblo is the way to go! it's the only place i eat mexican anymore. i'm in college and when i come home this is the first place the i have to eat! i literally crave this while i'm away! their chips and salsa are sogoodyou could fill up on just those and the servers place it at your table sometimes before you can even sit down. the service is great and the feeling when you walk in is very family oriented. 86 with chicken is my alltime favorite...sometimes the whole family orders it the same night, it's so good. the melted chees over the top and the spicy chicken is to die for! you can't go here without getting a margarita (they are delicious) or a pacifico. they always have coupons which my mom loves and the prices are reasonable. love love love love love!!!!

loud!. the food isgoodbut i hate the interior of this place. it is a small square room packed full of people and seams dirty. used to be a pizza hut. the noise and smells just reflect off the walls it seems and almost makes it unbearable. you smell like an onion enchilada when you leave there as well. not as bad in the summer when you can at least sit outside. the food is better than most other local mexican places though, but i think i will wait until summer to eat there again if i ever do. have started to go to el rancho grande by the kenwood mall instead as the restaurant is much nicer and food is the same..

best mex in cincinnati. i lovegoodtex-mex and cincinnati has seen a number of mexican restaurant openings in recent years. el pueblo, located in what was obviously (from its distinctive building style) once a pizza hut location, is my favorite. the menu features all kinds of fresh, expertly seasoned favorites and service is always fast and friendly. no matter how busy they are at lunch time, they always have a table and make time to make you feel welcome.

el pueblo is located "off the main drag," near but not in blue ash's central business district, but it is well worth taking the time to find.

excellent -- definitely among the best. first visit to el pueblo today. place was packed for friday lunch, but service was perfect. salsa was very good, and different from what i've had at other restaurants. went with a couple of el rancho grande devotees who both agreed the food was verygooddespite their expectations that it wouldn't come close to their favorite.

i had the tacos al chencho, which were one of the best mexican dishes i've ever had, and i've had a lot. admittedly, i was hesitant when i saw feta cheese as one of the ingredients, but that uncertainty absolutely disappeared with the first bite. one of those that really catches you by surprise. outstanding, rich unique taste. presentation, portion and temperature were all perfect. the price was a steal. unbelievable value.

i will definitely be back. my wife is a big fan of fish tacos, but has been unable to findgoodones here in cincinnati since la salsa left. fingers crossed that el pueblo can deliver those for her in the same way they won me over.

taco bell is better. seriously, taco bell has better food at better prices. this place is (i think) an old pizza hut that was converted to a mexican restaurant. everyone sits in one horribly loud room and it is difficult if not impossible to talk to the people at your own table because of the noise problem.

the service was exceptionally prompt - i will give them that but that was the onlygoodthing about the place. the food was really awful - we ordered fajitas for two and we barely ate anything on our plates. the food was unappealing in presentation as well as taste and everything looked like it had come out of a can some time ago.

the beans and rice were just greasy and gross and the fajita meat was tough and just not good. we came from out of town and had read somegoodreviews so we were very disappointed by the experience. this restaurant is so so loud and not in a good, fun, 'lets have a corona and eat some chips and salsa in an authentic mexican restaurant' kind of way.

el pueblo - sorry...the servers were nice and efficient and i am sure you're trying really hard. but you gotta work on food quality and atmosphere.

some of the best mexican in cincinnati. this is one of my favorite restaurants in cincinnati. sure there might be more authentically decorated mexican restaurants around, but you will be hard pressed to find better mexican food this side of the mississippi.

first off, i grew up on the west coast and i'm absolutely no stranger to any form of latin cuisine. i've eaten barbecued iguana and know what spices go into a reallygoodmole.

this is solid mexican fare. the most impressive thing i can say about the food is that it's never the same twice. don't get me wrong, it's always great, but this is the real deal. ingredients are fresh and vary with the season. the salsa has a fire-roasted taste. the chicken is tender and perfectly seasoned. the tamales (my personal favorite) are moist and very meaty.

the service is always great, the drinks cold and refreshing and the food hot and inviting.

for those of you who really like mexican, don't miss this treasure. you may have driven by it a hundred times, but don't deny your palate this treat any longer.

your mileage may vary.

favorite casual spot. the pueblo quesadilla is fantastic. lots of veggies and meat ( i do a mix of chicken and steak). the staff is amazing and always super friendly. prices are spot on and they havegooddrink specials throughout the week. over the years it has definitely risen in popularity, so waiting for a table is a possibility. the "patio" is great in the summer too over a pitcher of margaritas:)

great place.goodfood, fairly inexpensive. service was quick and friendly . . . and they turn their tables over quickly, so if you are waiting, you won't be for long. i will definitely be back.
