we came on a saturday evening and were seated on the patio. had to wait almost 10 minutes for ourserverto say hello and offer us a beverage. the food is the standard earls fare. we ordered some appetizers and a salad to share. food was as expected and service was decent after the inital long wait. just as expected for an earls experience. i would come back again if in the area.

was there on feb 1st, a saturday evening date night. waited to be seated at the bar. when our table was ready, we were told to go to "that table" (vauge hand wave), after paying for our drinks at the bar. first, all tables were dirty. second, i've never had to finish and pay for a drink before moving 6ft to the left. strange. anyways, dirty table, dirty side plates with smeared food all over them,serverhad no idea about any of the menu items when asked, nobody checked on us,servertried to take my half full 9$ cocktail when i asked for a water. it was a subpar experience. if the establishment cared a little more about providing a good experience rather than good looking people, i'd be inclined to go back there. at this point, i can eat off a clean plate and finish my drink in peace at home.

best service i have ever had!!. went on a sunday evening for dinner. i had the bourbon mushroom steak with rice and a seasonal vegetable succotash. when i got my steak i found it was overdone (i ordered medium rare, it came out medium well) i sent it back. theserverwas very apologetic and said they would make me a new one. while we were waiting the manager came over and offered me a free appetizer to snack on while i was waiting for my new steak. i had the foccocia (sp?) bread which was nice and hot and fresh with oil and balsamic vinegar. when i received my second steak it was cooked to perfection and was delicious! the vegetables were amazing and when the manager came over again to check on us i told her so. when we received our bill we found that my steak had been paid for and the manager had written the recipe for the vegetables on the back of the bill!

all in all, excellent service and very tasty food! we will definitely be going back!

absolutly awful. went to earls with my wife and son. the place was nearly empty but were placed at a window table, which was freezing..we had to ask to be moved.
from that point on it was all downhill...very rudeserver( they all seemed to act the same ). the food was just average..not even close to their competition.
i went once before with a friend and received basically the same rude and poor service, plus just average food !!
stay away from this place..it is awful !! maybe the drinks are ok...i hope they do something right !!

avoid at all costs. we went to earls for a family dinner and for the first time in my life i can honestly say there was nothing on the menu that really caught my attention. ourserverwas terrible, our food was so overcooked it was barely edible but yet it was cold when it got to us and the place was terribly noisy. this was one of the worst dining experiences i have had in a long time. don't waste your time going here.
