came here saturday evening with a friend for a mom date. i've only previously visited the east location and love that one. this one impressed me as well! i like the inside of this one more, brighter and not as loud (i'm not old i swear)! food was excellent as usual, we got three appetizers to share, the spinach and artichoke dip would have been my least favourite, just because it was like every other restaurants spinach and artichoke dip with a heavier price tag. the calamari was done perfectly, as was the chicken and wontons which i highly recommend the parmesan dipping sauce for. we got a few drinks which weregoodas well. our waitress didn't seem to want to be there to be honest, and that's why this one gets a 4. the drinks were also overly priced, in my opinion. would return gladly though!

i came in with family on remembrance day and we were seated at one of the last remaining tables. the service and food wasgoodand for no apparent reason, the manager came over to apologize for the wait by clearing our food and beverage tab. we were all pretty surprised because the food didn't seem to take that long (plus it was a full house... what do you expect?!).

this just anchors why i enjoy earls- even when things don't seem that bad, the staff and management go out of their way to keep me coming back.

we go here when we want to eat dinner and know what to expect. which isgoodfood andgoodservice. prices are a little higher so we go when we want to treat ourselves but have never been disappointed.

was there on feb 1st, a saturday evening date night. waited to be seated at the bar. when our table was ready, we were told to go to "that table" (vauge hand wave), after paying for our drinks at the bar. first, all tables were dirty. second, i've never had to finish and pay for a drink before moving 6ft to the left. strange. anyways, dirty table, dirty side plates with smeared food all over them, server had no idea about any of the menu items when asked, nobody checked on us, server tried to take my half full 9$ cocktail when i asked for a water. it was a subpar experience. if the establishment cared a little more about providing agoodexperience rather thangoodlooking people, i'd be inclined to go back there. at this point, i can eat off a clean plate and finish my drink in peace at home.

earls has a variety of different foods on there menu. i had a blackened chicken burger with sweet potato fries which came with a side of mango dipping sauce. burger wasgoodbut a bit bland. sweet potato fries were verygoodi wish it would have been served with chipotle dip. but then again im not a fruit fan! the servings didnt look big but filled us up. i had my iced tea refilled probably 4 times as my glass was packed full of ice. also we had maybe 5 different servers. i dont think any of them knew who had our table. it was busy so very very loud, so if you are hard of hearing beware!
