very friendly staff. i had the catch of the day with mushrooms and green beans. one thing to say, amazing, theatmosphereis great and the food was cooked to perfection.

downstairs at the loft is one of the highest rated places in columbus and it is good. it's also describe it as predictable american bar food but of a slightly higher quality. they have burgers, but they are better than the average bar burger. they have fresh seafood but it's better than the average bar seafood. bottom line is that if you want bar food this is the place to go. the staff is friendly and efficient. the food is better than average and the bar has the full range. the wine menu is mid range nothing special but decent. theatmosphereis definitely bar, though the back room offers a little bit more quiet and family friendly, music is reasonable ambient noise is a bit loud. this is not a romantic mid to high price place but again quality bar food, enjoy it for what it is.

great food and service!. i have been here multiple times, and i am never disappointed. their food is consistently good, theatmosphereis nice, and the staff is great. give it a try!

meatloaf!!!. wowww!! greatatmosphere& food at the lofts. i recommend the meatloaf and mac & cheese.

great atmosphere, decent food. really enjoyed theatmosphereand service was great. i ordered a red pepper goatcheese burger that by description sounded delicious but in actuality was extremely dry and underwhelming. will try something else next time and will definitely go back hope this was just a fluke.

great for lunch. for those of us not interested in the loud nightlife, this place has another side earlier in the day. they serve a great lunch, and are conscious of the time limits of diners on a lunch hour. theatmosphereis reminiscent of a fern bar,( but in a good way, and minus the ferns.) the place filled up rapidly over the lunch hour, but from what i could see they were prepared for the rush.
on our visit we were seated quickly, the wait staff was knowledgeable about the menu, and we were served promptly. food was well prepared and attractively plated. drinks were refreshed appropriately. prices were reasonable. we'll be back.

great! i don't understand how some people didn't like the food. we had the pepperjack pasta and filet mignon and both were amazing. yes the place is a little loud but didn't bother us at all. two managers also came over during our meal just to make sure everything was alright. amazing food, amazingatmospherei would recommend to anyone that they need to go here.

i've been to the loft on several occasions and each meal has been great, but fine dining this is not! how do you classify chips and onion dip, chicken wings and onion rings as such? at best, this is a glorified pub. none the less, it provides a great 'city living'atmospherethat columbus desperately needs.
