okay - tons of cheese not always a good thing. my husband liked the fideo soup - it was chock full of thick spaghetti noodles in a flavorful broth - not too salty - and was served piping hot. the dinner salad i had was worthless - iceberg lettuce, one tomato slice, one cucumber slice with "oil and vinegar" dressing covered in shredded chihuahua cheese. not too nutritious. the cheese tamales that i ordered tasted like a soft block of monterrey jack cheese wrapped in masa with a few strips of green chile and a piece of onion. way too heavy on the cheese. they came on a plate with yummy, if a bit too salty, smoky refried beans and tomatoeymexicanrice. all in all, not the worst dinner i've ever had, but i definitely will not be going back there. the search for greatmexicancontinues...
