delirious burger co.

bye bye 5 guys hellooooo delirious burgers!!!. so i've read a lot of the reviews and of course i agree with all the positive ones...great burgers, great taste and of course amazing pricing. the atmosphere is definitely that of a new establishment but who cares about that it's all about the burgers. i was a huge fan of 5 guys but ever since i found this place it blows them way out of the water. when you're dealing with a franchise like 5 guys you get franchise taste and pricing but with delirious burger & co it was so cool to see the actual owner on the grill and putting his heart into something he truly believes in. waiting for my burger my friend and i started to talk to his wife and she was telling us that everything is fresh and locally grown. we all think a burger is a burger but when you taste one from delirious burger & co you will come to a fast conclusion that it isn't the case. i'm not sure what their combination meat factor is but whatever they are doing is amazingly fresh. ok, so you got that i loved theburgersbut i didn't mention how good the hand cut fries are....just enough salt and when you combine malt vinegar well there's another great combination right there....i was actually really surprise with the size of portion you get. well there's my review only a fool would believe the nay sayers my suggestion is to go down and check it out yourself...it is definitely worth a visit :)

one of the best in the hammer. hands down.. people are either stupid, or are so used to crappyburgersthat they can't seem to decipher the good from the bad. probably both.

just like a steak, a burger patty needs to be cooked to perfection to have the best flavours. yes it's gonna be a little pink & juicy inside because nobody wants an overcooked, dry burger! or better yet, if you do happen to want your burger overcooked, just say so! problem solved.

and yes, i too have dropped by delirious when theburgersor portobello patties were all out. unfortunate, yes, but i'd rather a place with local fresh ingredients run out, rather than me finding out that my burger has been kept frozen for who knows how long and comes from hundreds of km's away. geez, do people not understand quality over quantity anymore?

anyways, if you're looking for a high quality burger in the hamilton area there's probably only two of them. this is one of them! good owners with good food. just remember to get the grilled jalapeños with your cheeseburger! thank me later ;)

not a fan.. pretty basicburgersserved by unfriendly staff. they have no consideration for the customer. they weren't willing to make any substitutes even when they had run out of ingredients!

i can finally taste the beef!. screw fillers, where's my beef? delirious has the beef, aawwwyyaaah. seriously though, they only sellburgersand they've worked on a formula that works. also, i'm usually overwhelmed with burger places and their super long list of toppings. really, i want stuff to accent the meat and delirious just has the right amount of everything on top. i love this place, it's like they know me.

delirious burger company is a relatively new addition to westdale.  first thing - bring cash.  they don't accept debit.  in this day and age, this seems rather dated, but there it is.  their menu is small, with basicburgersand a veggie burger and the only side offered, at least when we were there, were fries.  however, these fries are outstanding.  best fries available in the hammer.  they were crispy on the outside, mushy in a delicious way on the inside and dusted in sea salt.  they also provide you with malt vinegar, if you ask, which makes them even more amazing.  cannot say enough about these fries.  mr. hith chose the double burger, with cheese, bacon and caramelized onions.  he likes his toppings to be on the meatatarian side (i.e. he skips lettuce and tomato) and he likes hisburgersextra saucy.  he was pleased with his burger.  while he isn't sure that it meets the ultimate standard (i.e. the sneaky cheese at memphis fire bbq co. ), he found it to be well made.  the meat wa
