very dissappointed & wont be back. we have used this restaurant from the out set, , (in order to support local business ).
and it has since conception changed it's portion size (which i can understand) and the original chef.
we ordered chicken samosas last night (used to be 3 samosas with dipping sauce), & now is (2 samosa with no sauce) i then phoned back to order an accompanying sauce as this is no longer a given with the samosas, and frankley without the sauce i dont see the point in ordering them.
no dipping sauce was provided as was requested (it was even mentioned at time of collection that your wife rang and asked for sauce), it is probably still sitting on a counter somewhere in curryville.
and there seems to be a difficulty in understanding mild to medium requests for curry dishes. we ordered mild curries last night & we cannot eat what we have orderd, bill came in around $80-$90.
i wonder how those with smaller children or introducing teens to this food would find mild being so inediable to their palates they would cope with this as well as the cost factor.
this is such a bright, clean & lovely restaurant with fresh produce and a owner with a wicked sense of humour the web menu is testament to this, so why is this not being addressed by the owner?
if this was a one off i would not be here typing this right now however, it's not.
provide sauce with your samosas and when we ask you to provide mild then please do so, or this is a meal that cannot be shared with the whole family and therefore limets ordering this style of takeaway and your target customers.
