came here for dinner after seeinggoodreviews but was severely disappointed to the point that we wanted to leave after our second entree. waited 30 mins for our first, the oysters, which was a red flag but we waved it off, thinking it was just a busy period. after waiting 30 mins for our second one, without being given updates nor invited to sit at a proper table (we were first placed at the bar due to limited seating) we were ready to cancel our orders and go. never have i ever been at a restaurant and have to wait so long for our meals without any update or apology from the kitchen. my partner and i expressed our dismay (and hunger) and waitstaff gave us a petty justification, reasoning that the timing was "purposely spaced out so that the flavours wouldn't get mixed up". pathetic- i didn't even remember what the previous dish was let alone remember the flavour of it. food was okay which is why it gets 3 stars but hospitality and customer service was definitely sub par and will not be recommending this establishment to my friends. only come here if you're not hungry and have (plenty) time to spare.

first of all, i'm not a fan of waffles with savoury toppings after eating a few failed attempts of fried chicken and waffles in other cafes. but today i decided to take a risk and ordered the smoked ocean trout with waffles and it was amazing! my friend had her granola and it was suchgoodproduce! only thing would be i find the flat white a bit more milky for my liking,as in the coffee taste was a bit weak, though i think that's just a matter of preference. overall, i love this place,goodamount of lighting and super friendly service!

nice place & nice decor! but in term ofgoodquality and taste, i don't think it's that....great! over rated food and over priced! ordered trout and baked eggs, wasn't amazed by the food, neither the coffee! baked egg came out pretty reasonable time within 20mins, but smoked trout took 1 hour to be served!!!! and it was dry! quite disappointing after long waiting!

elegant place with great selection of food andgoodservice. they serve brunch up till lunch time when they have a different menu. in particular i enjoyed the baked eggs for breakfast. brought my mum here for dinner on her birthday some time ago and we shared a lamb which was delicious. portion was huge that we couldn’t finish.goodplace to celebrate a special occasion!

great place for a special meal as their menu is quite unique. love their long opening hours and they are always open on public holidays. i always come here early for breakfast when i have a big plan for the day. service is lovely, attentive and very efficient. i think the food tastegoodand special, but just not amazing or excellent.

while the food was good, the service was definitely lacking. 30 minutes to receive oysters and another 30 mins before our next small bite came out. spent 2 hrs to get 4 dishes. we were told in a very matter of fact attitude that 'we intentionally space the dishes out to divide up the flavours'. but srsly, do i need 1 hr to eat 3 oysters? disappointed as i had heardgoodthings.

one of hubby’s favourites,goodvenue for a romantic date night and recommend sharing plates. goodwholesome food here and quality drinks listed for enjoying.

have heard manygoodthings about this restaurant so we were keen to try it out! the food lived up to my expectations, it was so delicious. my favourite was the vegetable tart. the pastry was done very well and the cheese gave it extra flavour.

we also ordered all three desserts from their menu and the rose panna cotta was the highlight of the night. you get a subtle hint of the rose flavour and it tasted so fresh!

the service was also amazing as well, the lady who served us was very bright and energetic and constantly checked up on us to make sure everything was good. only issue was that we felt a bit pushed for time towards the end due as the table was booked for the next availability slot, but we did take a while deciding what to order so that’s probably why.

vegan friendly, and expensive....and romantic (but not when it turns too noisy).

could have chosen to knock-out 1 for not-so-friendly service but then it wasn't too bad. a smile or a few second banter would definitely add an extra charm to the whole experience.

i now know why after travelling past this establishment for awhile.. that burning question was always there.. why is it always full of people all day and night. well after waiting half an hour to get a table.. i now know why.. this place is just great.. food, service and ambiance. you walk away after having a great coffee and very friendly service and all this with a reallygoodmeal. love the buzz... well worth the wait for a great start to the day.

the food wasgoodbut not amazing and they’re so overpriced. the service was quite slow. i like the minimalist decor but too many tables - the place feels very crammed. it’s not a particularly pleasant dining experience. for the price they charge, i would not go back.

although all the dishes were excellent and nicely presented, i'm going to highlight my favorites.

for entree the cold meats on the charcuterie platter were very tasty however my pick would be the tuna toast, also beating the stuffed zucchini flowers which were beautifully presented on the plate.

for mains the lamb shoulder was a standout. the large portion of lamb was moist and tender.

finally, dessert. it was difficult to choose a favourite but if i was to it would be the rumbaba. it is not a dessert often offered at most restaurants and at cumulus inc. it is made even better because it was served with a bottle of aged rum so that you can add as much as you wish according to your taste. as the rum is the feature ingredient in rumbaba we of course had to ensure that it had a strong rum flavour. the rumbaba was nicely complemented with custard.

we had a great dining experience and highly recommend cumulus inc.

what an experience! came here with one of my girlfriends and we got situated on their bar stand where we got to watch the kitchen work their magic.

ordered their beef tartare, foie gras parfait, jason iberico joselito, mussels, slow roast lamb shoulder, pork cutlet and asparagus. wow wow wow, can’t fault anything. the food was spectacular and the service was on point. i can see why this place has suchgoodreviews. really amazing

dropped by for a late lunch, nothing to complain food isgoodas usual, service was always friendly and prompt

cumulus inc is a large restaurant with high ceilings and plenty of tables for small or large groups. the menu is designed for coffee, brekkie, lunch or dinner 7 days a week. we were there for dinner which is designed to share. we had oysters, charcuterie, wagyu with beetroot, pork and a seafood (mussels and prawn dish). all dishes were incredibly tasty and nicely presented, but on the small side for their price. they’d run out of house made bread. a huge wine list, as well as cocktails and coffee / tea. our waitress was efficient andgoodfun.
