delicious breakfast, great prices. we had a little trouble finding it because it was the only business that didn't have its name on the wall above the door. check the photo i uploaded to see where it is located in the strip mall.

excellent experience. i went with my wife and three kids yesterday for breakfast. the food was amazing. i ordered the meat lovers mess, my wife ordered bacon & pancakes and my children ordered waffles and pancakes with chocolate chips. i have two picky eaters and they cleaned up their plates. the restaurant was clean and conveniently located. the waitress continuously checked on us. at least, three employees approached us and made comments about my kids being so cute and engaged in friendly conversation. they also suggested good seafood places near the new smyrna beach, fl area. i will definitely come back. awesome job!!! you will not regret eating here.

i love this place. best breakfast on town, and an amazing value. if you like hearty portions and great quality, go to c's. and if you're a steelers fan, it's likely even better.

just really good food. rode the bikes over the causeway on a beautiful monday in july. arrived around 12:30pm,hoping they served breakfast all day. score! i got one of their messes...a pile of hashbrowns with 2 eeggs on top with sausage and gravy. yummo! my friend had a combo of scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, toast & hashbrowns. all perfectly cooked. many other great items on the menu. service was excellent and prices were great. this will be a frequent flyer.

great food and excellent value. highly recommended! they make very good hash and hash brown potatoes. located in the corner of the strip mall and there is no big sign on the restaurant – a little hard to see from the street.

buckwheat and bacon waffles were delicious. cheese hash browns were also good. get the orange juice!!!! it's fresh squeezed and so good!

beachside breakfast bravo!. what a great addition to beachside dining options in new smyrna beach. fast, friendly service, reasonable prices, and an excellent breakfast/brunch menu. eggs any way you want them, waffles extraordinaire, omelet choices galore! this newly-opened (10/2012) family-owned restaurant deserves to thrive, and we hope it does.

best food!. we have eaten here four different times. each time we ordered something different, and the food has been awesome. not greasy. very friendly staff. nice place, very clean. kind of hard to find, in the corner of the market plaza.

best waffles!. my daughter and i went here for breakfast and loved it! the waffles was amazing and i had a greek omelette, made with egg whites upon special order, that was amazing! best breakfast on beach side for sure!!

nice place. we had a hard time finding the place. we weren't looking for a strip mall, but once we found it we enjoyed it. the people were nice and the food was good and the prices were too. i ordered the banana split waffle which they were out of strawberries and the blueberries were out of a can. it would have been awesome if they had been fresh. my husband ordered a 3 meat omelet and he said it was real good.
