cosy fireplace, incredible menu. springbok snails and magic mushroom steak. creative local and lekker. always nice to be back. friendly staff and good booking service.

this establishment has had a great reputation for many years and you can still count on a great meal with excellent service. the wide selection on the menu offers something delicious for everyone.

we decided to give this place a try for a date and man were we blown away! the oyesters were fresher than most durban seafood stores that ive been to and the garlic and cheese roll was just decadent, both starters were decently priced for how much you get (a lot). the mains were even more so amazing, a special on 1 kg ribs for just 135 and they were filling to the point of third breakfast while my meal, the jalapeno and cheese snitchzel was nothing i could ever imagine. the meal was a burst of flavour of fresh slow cooked chicken and the jalapenos made the entire meal! we also tried out the chokolate dessert and it was a pleasure to eat, the meal melts in your mouth leaving hints of caramel amd biscuit after the light and fluffy chocolate melts. service was also on the spot and we were seated in the corner which had cut us off from a lot of resturuant noises , leaving our evening to be nothing less of a romantic date . be prepared for a large bill though, you will forget how much you order due to the wonderful tastes and excitements of trying out different meals.

wow wow wow!. what great eats! have heard alot about the brooklyn branch. did not expect them to fully blow my mind with their amazing food. the steak was perfecto. the service was good even though they were busy. recommended for any meat lovers who craves great food paired with good company. i won't be gone for too long eh?

crawdaddy's is that steakhouse which is a cut above the rest. i have been
there on numerous occasions and whether it is for a lunch or dinner you will be
spoilt for choice. the steaks are great and always a winner. the seafood is
always n great option. can't get enough. you will not be disappointed!

what an upgrade from where we just came from. great vibe inside the restaurant and gas heaters situated all over for added warmth. hubby had a great seafood chowder that tasted like we were at the coast. my cheeseburger was the best i've had in a while. (my favourite dish, silly isn't it?) the meat was moist, fresh, perfect size patty & very tasty. great experience.

this gem of a pub-based restaurant has all the trimmings required for a family experience. there are two aspects of a restaurant that will want you to come back for more - the food and the service. the owners and managers of crawdaddy's in garsfontein have instilled this into their waiters and their chefs.

the taste of the food that returns from their kitchens is only matched by the service provided by all the waiters. it was unfortunate that the batch of malva pudding was not up to scratch - as confessed by the manager herself. however, the dom pedros more than made up for the loss of a south african iconic dessert.

crawdaddy's, as usual, greets one with a feeling of "welcome home". a very high standard of food and service, and a lively vibe all round. this time i had the biltong and blue cheese garlic roll to start and couldn't help but have a plate full of their famous prawns. good evening out with family and friends and as always, leaving full and content with nothing but clean plates behind.

where do you start? with such a variety of great food and wine...seafood, curry's, steaks and more, i had most of them and not one was even slightly disappointing. a medium-rare blackbeard pepper rump and a 2007 alto rough is the best choice! enjoy!

always welcomed with friendly staff. quick assistance and never any issues. waiter is doing rounds regularly and always keeping us happy. food is awsome with a huge selection that will suit anybody no matter what time of the day.

that is a 4/5 for the ribs! so far the best rib place in pretoria. their house speciality sticky ribs are rather scrumptious. there is a rather pleasing asian fusion flavour to the pork. the meat can be easily torn off the bone and most importantly, it's not just bone, there's actually a decent amount of meat and fatty melt-in-the-mouth goodness. doing a quick price comparison, for a rather large rack of mostly meat than bone 1kg ribs, it's almost the same price as a spur 600g mostly bone ribs give or take a few rand. point of the matter is, it is fairly good value for money for what you get for a really good plate of ribs these days, and you will most certainly have a lovely mid-night snack/pre-healthy breakfast snack the next day.

good food, great menu, friendly staff, and awesome management. relax with an evening on the deck. very accommodating to suit your requirements, had great evenings there don't be disappointed by not making a booking its a must .

the waiters are friendly and efficient. tried the crayfish which had about a tablespoon full of meat in it. which was disappointing considering the price, but the prawns were delicious! will definitely go back.
