fun place to try local specialities like rattlesnake and cactus. we passed on the rattlesnake, but tried the fried cactus. it was spicy but the prickly pear sauce toned it down. my husband had the duck and i had the kale & cashew chicken salad. both were verygood, but i don't think my salad had any cashews. the manager, thomas, was so nice and accommodating. all the staff were so nice and helpful .
