the size mutton seekh kabab has reduced to half.

the other two dish-chickenuruval andchicken65 turned out to be cooked in same gravy. disappointed with the food

we wanted a delicious veg lunch in manipal with ample time in hand and good ambience

what we ordered and ate:
1. dal makhani: 5/5
tasty and creamy. good quantity and consistency.

2. crispy chilli corn: 5/5
good spice and quantity. very crispy and tasty.

3. carrot basil soup: 4/5
very thick consistency and tasty. good quantity as well. must have.

4. pudina paratha: 4/5
pudina was powdered and put on the paratha. pudina could also be stuffed. it was wheat paratha and really good.

5. butter chicken: 4/5
butterchickenwas good however not very tasty. can try.

it was not as good as it normally is. thechickenwas very dry and even the rice wasn’t good.

ordered for breakfast, food feels stale and old, not fresh or hot at all.
thechickenwas not crispy.
very very bad experience for the price they charged.
the only thing good about it were the fries.

ordered the soup twice, both times gavechickeninstead of prawn

chicken satay is not cooked properly. fully freezedchickendirectly cooked that too half boiled. can properly see rawchickeninside

worstchickenand cheese sandwich..! shame on mosaic. only packed well. waste of time and money ordering such and insipid sandwich

we loved the color,mild spicy and how fragrant the creamy coconut sauce is💚
cant get over this rich delicious stew cooked in basil, green chillies with steamed rice

ordered crispy pepperchickenand palak mushroom dimsums.
food was just okay. dimsum had a weird taste to it. 

but the ambience and the service were great!

manipal being a student town is full of budgetary eateries with good food to offer. we wanted a little more than that to spend quality family time accompanied with great food so checked zomato and zeroed in on mosaic the restaurant at country inn radisson
went for dinner and opted for buffet. out of 2 veg starters the beetroot tikki stands out and my daughters who dislike beetroot asked for seconds. among non veg starters thechickenkebab was king though fish wasn’t bad also. only thing i opted from main course was mahi gassi, kadhaichickenand bhindi do pyaja to go with garlic naan and everything tasted nice. coming to desserts there was variety of bakery items and balushahi and kashi halwa made of lauki and was outstanding.
overall a very nice meal in a cosy atmosphere which wasn’t heavy on pocket either. i wish there was more choice in desserts and in breads too like a kulcha or lachha parantha but would recommend it to any visitor to manipal.
